I stayed for two days. The hotel is clean, well located, and the room itself is good. Unfortunately, the bad experience started at check-in. The receptionist barely greeted me, gave me the room card and number without any explanation (he didn’t even white the room number at anywhere), and provided no basic information such as Wi-Fi password, breakfast location, or schedule. Speaking of breakfast, it was very poor as well. The worst part happened during checkout. The receptionist asked if I had consumed anything, and I said no. He then went to the room to “check” and came back claiming that three sodas and a box of chocolates were missing — even though I don’t even drink soda. I explained that the only thing I had consumed during my stay was one bottle of water on the first night. He then started speaking to me in a threatening and very embarrassing manner, accusing me of lying and pressuring me to pay for items I did not consume. When I asked for a receipt or proof of the charges, he refused to provide anything and simply handed me the card machine with an amount already entered of about $50 USD for three sodas and chocolate. After more than 20 years traveling internationally, this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Sadly, it is the second time I’ve experienced something similar in the beautiful Buenos Aires, where it clearly feels like tourists are targeted in bad faith. It felt like pure extortion.

La publicidad de hotel es engañosa porque no es un hotel boutique y es un hotel Máximo de dos estrellas ya que los servicios son pésimos, toallas viejas y rotas, faltan cobijas para las camas, el baño no tenia ni si quiera manijas, la caja fuerte no serví, pedí comida y cuando baje e de la recepción dormía, la ubicación es pésima ya que está enfrente de una avenida donde hay mucho ruido eso sin mencionar que a un lado del edificio que es muy viejo por cierto están construyendo por lo que es imposible descansar

The place is clean, spacious with almost everything you need. They don’t have irons so bring a travel one with you. The area around the hotel is very safe. What I like the most were the people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you speak Spanish, you can have a lot of fun. When I go back, I have to stay at least two weeks. I forgot, if you prefer high class hotels, this hotel is not for you. This is not a tourist area.

Very helpful staff when resolving a taxi payment problem. Taxis in Buenos Aires unfortunately do not take payment cards. Cash is the only available payment method.

Es un hotel pequeño limpio con personal muy amable ….lo malo son sus alrededores y el bullicio que se nos fue imposible dormir .

El personal super atento, las habitaciones son grandes y las camas muy comodas, la ducha tiene una potencia impresionante, el desayuno lo sirven en Bonafide, muy completo y esta incluido, el internet de bonafide es mejor que el del hotel pero los dos son buenos. Atencion del personal las 24 hs , muy conforme!Todo estuvo excelente!

Helpful and welcoming staff. No English spoken but nothing that could not be overcome. Limited food availability in the surrounding area.

Muy lindo, lo unico que modificaría es el desayuno ya que al ser en Bonafide no hay opciones saludables, faltan frutales, cereales yoghurt etc.

O único problema encontrado foi a porta do quarto, que abria com dificuldade e inclusive causava pequenas lesões nas mãos.
