All of staff was really kind.

O apartamento era bom e os funcionários prestativos, mas infelizmente o café da manhã deixou a desejar. Tudo estava frio, inclusive o café, e pegamos uma média Luna de queijo com presunto com mofo. Fiquei muito chocada e não consegui comer lá no outro dia. Achei lamentável!

We stayed 6 nights at Hotel Marbella. Staff is beyond professional and welcoming. Smooth check in and check out. Check in at 11am - check out 10:30 am. Comfortable rooms. They only provide 1 body towel per person but they do change it everyday. A/C and elevator works great. They keep the room key every time we had to go out. They have bag storage available! At no cost. A lot to do in the area! Mini grocery store, Subte, bus and restaurants are located all in the same block. What needs no be improve: for travelers is very important having extra hangers, an iron and ironing table and hooks on the walls to hang jackets or towels for easy dry out.

This was a last minute booking and late check in. I was welcomed by a friendly front desk staff. Good experience.

Excelente estadia! Muito bem localizada, excelente atendimento, limpeza e estrutura boas. Recomendo!

Its a budget hotel so some things are lacking but the price makes up for it. Very clean and the staff is excellent. Marbella is a sweetheart.

Localização excelente, há dez minutos de caminhada do obelisco e há cinco minutos da Plaza del Congreso. O Atendimento é excelente. Colchão velho, com um afundamento saliente (bem desconfortável). De modo geral, compensa a escolha.

Hotel 2 estrelas suficientemente bom para uma estadia econômica. Quartos antigos e parecendo tirados de um monastério de tão simples, mas você recebe o que você paga. Não tem frigobar nem cofre. Café da manhã pago à parte suficientemente gostoso. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza. Caso deseje se hospedar gastando pouco pode ir sem medo.

Good quality/price ratio. Perfect if you are looking for an inexpensive accomodation in the center of Buenos Aires. Room small but comfortable and clean. Would book again.

What a wonderful and kind staff work at Hotel Marbella. Everyone welcomed me and were happy to have me as a guest. The rooms are clean and have plenty of hot water. The hotel is located a block from a metro stop and has 2 grocery stores within a 10-minute walk. I took the city bus back and forth from the airport and used the SUBE card for my bus and metro needs. It was a perfect hotel for me in the center of town. John from Albuquerque.

Malheureusement Marbella a besoin de beaucoup beaucoup d’amour, la douche a beaucoup de moisissure, la toilette comportait des traces importantes d’urine, le bidet n’avait pas été nettoyé, les serviettes vieilles et effilochées, dans la chambre le 1er soir j’ai demande a changer la lampe de chevet qui ne fonctionnait pas et apres 3 jours toujours pas fait, et j’ai deplace la table de chevet pour bien montrer toute la saleté derrière et encore apres 3 jours rien de fait, c’est tres rare que je ne recommande pas un endroit mais cette fois-ci je crois que Expedia doit faire une inspection approfondi, dans cela vous perdrez de votre crédibilité, cet endroit ne mérite pas d’etre sur votre liste, merci de tenir compte de mes commentaires constructifs.

Me gusto mucho la atención del personal y la limpieza. Las instalaciones un poco deterioradas y el colchón muy mal.

Nos gusto el hotel. La ubicacion es excelente. Esta en el centro de la ciudad con restaurantes, tiendas alrededor. Cuartos estan limpios. Camas un poco incomodas pero se duerme bien. El personal muy amable y buen servicio.

No hot water, for a tourist hotel not much tourism information, baths needed fixing

Aspectos positivos: boa localização; bom atendimento; funcionários atenciosos; perto de transportes, mercados e restaurantes. Pontos negativos: banheiro com banheira quebrada; box com cortininha e vazamento de água inundando o banheiro a cada banho; toalhas de banhos encardidas; pia do banheiro rachada; não tinha tomadas nas cabeceiras; têm lances de escadas para acessar a recepção e o elevador do hotel.

Mariella was awesome! She was always pleasant and went over and beyond to be very helpful. The hotel is old, but they are there cleaning early in the mornings and all day long. Breakfast is coffee or tea and breads with an assortment of toppings. Nights were quiet, but If you have an all night flight and want to sleep during the day to catch up(like we did),,,forget it. The hotel is like an echo chamber. We had a room on the 6th floor away from everything, but there is so much door banging, bucket banging etc., sleep during the day is impossible.Otherwise the Marbella was awesome.

Ótima localização, preço bastante atraente. Estrutura antiga e um pouco antiquada, como carpete nos quartos. Apesar de dizer que o desjejum não é oferecido gratuitamente, não é verdadeira. É um desjejum um pouco restrito, mas satisfatório.
