Ótima localização.

Limpeza do quarto era diária isso me deixou muito satisfeita, cama super confortável, os travesseiros são um pouco duro mas ok. A localização é excelente próximo de muitos pontos turísticos (casa rosada, os ministérios, obelisco, ponte da mulher entre outros.

Habitación limpia, un buen colchon, sábanas impolutas, y una ducha caliente. Aparte habitaciones amplias, con todas las comodidades. Hasta una pequeña heladera. Y a eso le agrego la excelente predisposición del personal encargado y el de limpieza. Excelente ubicación, y a pasitos de Puerto Madero, Casa Rosada, Calle Florida, Obelisco, Teatro Colón. Podes manejarte sin dificultad, caminando en toda esta zona.Tenés el subte a dos cuadras del hotel. Zona con vida nocturna, súper segura y tranquila. No tiene cochera, pero tenés una a tres cuadras que está abierto las 24hs. Excelente también.

El hotel es bueno, la relación costo beneficio muy equilibrada. Nos tocó una habitación a lado del cuarto de maquinas del aire acondicionado, dormir era difícil, afortunadamente llegábamos muy cansados.

Gostei do quarto, bem arrumado. Recepcionista atenciosos. Mas o chuveiro 🚿 muito fraco. Deixou muito a desejar.

Quarto desconfortável; banheira com alto risco de acidente e escorregadia; chuveiro horrível; a limpeza é razoável; ar condicionado muito barulhento; elevadores de qualidade suspeita; vantagem: localização excelente.

Excelente ubicacion

Overall I am not dissapointed about this property, however, I stayed at the 7th floor , my neighbors were extremely loud and did not let us sleep properly. Also there was a room with machines next to mine that made a lot of noise which made it hard to sleep. There were water issues, few water to take a shower and the tub does not have the right curtains and everything got wet including the floor. Finally, the hotel needs a restaurant or at least a coffee area, amazing it does not have one or at least a machine to but a bottle of water or soda. The staff was very nice at the reception and the location is fantastic.

Estadia boa no geral, o que ficou a desejar foi o chuveiro que saía pouca água e demorava para esquentar. O café da manhã também ficou abaixo da expectativa, já que os cinco dias em que ficamos hospedado não houve variação; sempre a mesma coisa. Quanto ao serviço de camareira, dos cinco dias em que ficamos no hotel, apenas em um dia não houve a arrumação do quarto com a substituição das toalhas. Enfim, para um hotel 4 estrelas, deixou a desejar em alguns quesitos.

Do not let the four stars fool you because this is NOT a four star hotel, far from it. It is much closer to a 1 star Hostel. The only good thing we can say about this hotel was that the lobby area looked quite OK, everything else was super old, broken, smelly, moldy. The AC in our first room was broken and the bed was so soft you basically went down to the floor. We changed rooms. In the next room the AC/heater was so noisy we could not use it, there was a terrible smell of mold, the window did not close properly, there was no working ventilation, the "door" to the room was so thin and warped that you could hear everything (yes, everything) from the rooms around you and from the hallway. There was also no hot water most of the time and when we finally did get some hot water there was NO water pressure. There was no water bottles in the room and the front desk refused to provide any when we asked, instead they told us to go buy it at some shop. At 23.00 / 11pm on a Saturday night. Thanks! We wanted to leave the same night we checked in but were so tired from traveling that we had to wait until morning. Which was not pleasant as the beddings felt very very dirty. Yuck! Oh and yes, the internet / Wifi was so bad it was completely unusable. We booked another hotel the next morning and checked out. The hotel refused to cancel the stay but we reached an agreement with Hotels.com instead, and that we will dispute the charge with American Express. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Localização e atendimento excelente, somente. Banheiro pequeno e mal projetado, tem que utilizar o vaso sanitário em 45 graus. O mesmo está colocado em um canto. Solicitei a troca e a recepcionista disse que são todos iguais. Não tem frigobar conforme informado na reserva. Ar condicionado estala toda vez que liga o compressor. Em 5 noites camareira fez apenas 2 arrumações. Em frente tem um tango com muito barulho até tarde. Só não troquei de hotel porque a reserva era não reembolsável.

Fair facilities, location is great. Bed is too soft.

This is a great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Location is amazing, as it is close to everything and quiet.

O hotel não condiz com o que diz ser. Cama desconfortável, tomadas que não funcionam, muito barulho. Dá para escutar tudo que acontece no seu andar. Se você vem pra descansar, com certeza este não é o melhor lugar. A única coisa que salva são os recepcionistas que são educados e prestativos. De resto, nada é bom!

This hotel was very poor. Ther bathroom was in a very bad condition:cold water, dents evrywhere, mold, etc etc

Estava tudo bom. A unica coisa que não gostei foi no banho que não tinha box, era no sistema de cortina na banheira junto com chuveiro, e a cada banho molhava o banheiro inteiro.
