The hotel is extremely well located - a few minutes walk from Recoleta Cemetery and a small park. Lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a 15 min walk.
Room was extremely spacious. Ours had a bath tub in the centre of the raised bathroom area. Unfortunately never got a chance to try it.
Staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful.
I am gluten and lactose free and there was always something for me on the breakfast menu.
Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Buenos Aires wanting to stay in a small boutique hotel with great service, lovely rooms and excellent location.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good with buffet and menu options. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite so we were very happy with our accommodations.

Really loved this hotel, the staff is very attentive and warm, the room was clean and modern (A/C worked well too!), very well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and the staff was very nice here too. The location is ideal for shopping, and within walking distance to the Recoleta Cemetery. Highly recommend!

Staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful.

A equipe foi ótima. O quarto é espaçoso e bastante confortável, embora nota-se claramente que foi adaptado para ser um quarto de hotel (economizaram no arquiteto e detalhes do banheiro não ficaram bons ... mas ainda assim muito confortável). O SPA não visitei, mas é sempre bom saber que tal disponibilidade.

Excelente estadia! Quarto amplo com banheira. Confortável e com limpeza impecável. Cama, colchão, jogo de cama e travesseiros de qualidade, com extremo conforto. Café da manhã variado, com frutas frescas e um bom cardápio de opções incluso. Serviço impecável, atencioso, prestativo e cortês. Conta com um bom bar/restaurante/café. Merece destaque o Restaurante Ruffino. Não deixem de aproveitá-lo. Sofisticado, com excelente gastronomia e com boa carta de vinhos a preços surpreendentemente bons.
