푸에르토 마데로의 모던 아파트

Quiero destacar la excelente atención que recibimos por parte de Angie durante nuestra estadía en el hotel. Fue siempre amable, atenta y dispuesta a ayudarnos con una sonrisa. Se notaba que le gusta su trabajo y eso hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Personas como ella marcan la diferencia. ¡Gracias por hacer que nos sintiéramos tan bienvenidos!

Property not as pictured. It’s in a great location but it is old and run down. There were holes in the wall. It did not look like the pictures. There was a washing machine but no dryer which may be cultural but challenging for Americans.

Great area to stay. Apartment needed a little bit of tender loving care, bit everything else was excellent.

Localização incrível em Puerto Madero , o ponto mais sofisticado de Buenos Aires, 15 minutos a pé da "Puente de la Mujer" Apartamento muito confortável, 2 quartos, cozinha bem equipada havia um mercado 24 hs atravessando a rua (Calle Juana Manso), se você quiser cozinhar fica muito fácil. Prédio muito calmo e silencioso (Para fugir daquela "agitação" de hotel) O Café da manhã era servido num bistrot na esquina. Região muito bonita e segura con CENTENAS de cafés e restaurantes. 25 minutos a pé da Plaza de Mayo, 25 minutos a pé da Estação "Buquebus" onde vc embarca para Montevideu ou Colônia de Sacramento. Nota 10.

O apartamento é excelente e confortável além de estar em um bairro lindo e cheio de restaurantes e cafeterias. Atendeu nossas necessidades perfeitamente. O Ignacio é um excelente anfitrião.

The personnel were excellent. Good customer service. The place clean and close to everything. The apartment needs maintenance.

Excellent service and attention to detail Thank you

I loved the area and being able to run the neighborhood and check out the ecological reserve. It was so peaceful and exactly what i needed for a relaxing vacation. The neighborhood was very safe. Thank you to my helpful host. Very friendly staff.

Great location, excellent pool and facilities in the apartment itself. Cleaned 3 x during our 2 week stay. The staff were great in terms of communicating with us but there are a few different people and we found that one person would agree one thing with us and another would tell us something else - it did not feel that they were effectively communicating with one another which in turn created confusion for us. We booked the airport transfer service for the return trip which we were disappointed with. The company used by the property is not an airport transfer company. It seems more like a set of contacts with their own cars. We had the following issues: 1. Prior to our trip we asked the property 3 times to confirm there would be a child car seat in the transfer car. They confirmed 3 times that there would be. When we arrived at the airport, the car was ten minutes late (vs welcoming us at arrivals as is customary for transfer cars). There was no car seat and the driver was not aware of our request. Luckily we had brought our own, however when we got in the car there were no adult seatbelts so we could not secure the car seat. We felt really unsafe for the entire trip. We raised this with the property to ensure we did not have a repeat of the same on the return trip. There was a car seat in the return car but again no seatbelt to safely secure it to the seat. We were really unhappy with the transfer and do not recommend it. Get an uber and hire a car seat if you've kids.

El baño olía a caño todo el tiempo , tapamos la cañería y aún así seguía oliendo . La regadera estaba floja y se caía . La limpieza no era buena , aún había rastros de taza de café en la mesa de la cocina cuando llegamos . El aire acondicionado viejo enfriaba y luego dejaba de funcionar . Las fotos no muestran la realidad del apartamento. La comunicación era excelente y trataban de dar solución.

Ein modernes Appartmenthaus in Puerto Madero, mit recht grossen Zimmern mit Küche. Vor der Anreise muss man per WhatsApp jede Menge Dokumente, und auch ein Foto von sich schicken, da das Ganze +- ohne Rezeption funktioniert, das war ziemlich mühsam. Ansonsten angenehmer Aufenthalt.

From the moment we arrived everyone was very helpful. The apartment was fantastic, a nice balcony overlooking two swimming pools in the inner courtyard. The accommodations were lovely. The doormen were friendly and helpful. The location is the best…so many things to do and see, and excellent restaurants nearby. I can’t wait to go back again!

Staff was friendly and I felt welcome

Fantastic penthouse-level loft apartment, comfortable and outfitted exactly as pictured. Safe, walkable neighborhood in a great location. Perfect communication with hosts, whose offices were located on-site, just one door away from the lobby entrance. It’s possible to leave luggage with them if you arrive earlier than check-in. Completely secure building with 24-hour door person inside the lobby. We were fully pleased with our one-night stay before leaving for a cruise, would gladly recommend and would definitely reserve again.

Perfect location. The staff are amazing Very close to the port with fine dining options and beautiful parks all within walking distance.

The apartment was so bright and clean and spacious. Communication about the apartment was excellent as well as very friendly and efficient check in was so gracious. We would stay there again.

O atendimento da equipe foi muito bom, localização muito boa, mas a qualidade do apartamento deixou à desejar… tudo muito velho e com má conservação.
