Comodo e pratico, nel cuore di sant'Elmo e a pochi passi da bus e metro. Ambiente ampio e spazioso, molto bello disposto su due piani con terrazzino e vista. Purtroppo dalle info su expedia non si evince che le pulizie vengono fatte UNA volta a settimana. In dotazione danno 2 asciugamani striminziti a testa, che non facendo pulizie non vengono MAI cambiati, 2 rotoli di carta igienica, 1 sapone, 1 bustina di shampoo e 1 di doccia per tutto il soggiorno (io 5 notti). Nessuna informazione su come smaltire i rifiuti che i clienti devono buttar via da soli. I ragazzi della reception sono molto gentili ma è aperta in orari scomodi e per così poco (il fine settimana è chiusa) che per qualsiasi problema è impossibile chiedere e al numero di telefono non rispondono MAI. Ti chiudi fuori, si rompe la chiave un tubo devi comunicare? Nulla.La terrazza panoramica è chiusa per lavori.

Just stayed here. Not at all how it is represented. No staff anywhere. No contact info nor info about the apartment in the apartment, A maid let me in who did not speak English and that was the end of the communication. Appliances broken, other appliances and amenities advertised were not in the apartment. Non stop heavy water leak from the ceiling resulting in pools of water in the middle of the living room day and night. Mold on some walls from the leak. Sliding glass door lock broken resulting in lack of security. All locks on the doors had been haphazardly ripped off the wall leaving only the lock on the door itself working. Towels ripped and torn. No sheets provided. Someone entered my apartment while I was sleeping in the loft that I literally had to chase away. Children screaming all day in the abandoned lobby and hiding when I would come down to let myself out. Grown children, 12 year old boys who should know better. Elevator broken part of the time I spent there. Crummy neighborhood that is mostly abandoned or closed up. Huge misrepresentation! Shame on Expedia for allowing this place to stay on their site.

It is located in a very good place. Walking distance to the bus station and subway. Many small corner market's to buy food and drink's, being the hotel is suite's with a kitchen with frig, microwave, stove, sink and much more. Plus there are many nice cafe's and steak house's to eat at. The room has two bathroom's . It also has a nice big screen tv and air conditioning. The water pressure is very good and the shower is excellent.

O flat é ótimo: espaçoso, iluminado, confortável, limpo e com instalações novas. Tive um problema relativo à reserva no checkin e nas 24 horas subsequentes, mas foi prontamente resolvido após meu contato com Hoteis.com

Excelente flat. Falta apenas cafe da manhã. Funcionários atenciosos, prestativos. Recomendo. Se voltar pretendo vir para o mesmo hotel.

We like to walk so this safe hotel/apatment located close to many shops and within walking distance of port and city was just what we wanted

Muy buena atención por parte del personal. La habitación era cómoda y limpia aunque la zona no es muy agradable para que dos mujeres solas salgan solas de noche. Más allá de eso, muy recomendable el hotel!

Habitaciones cómodas con un personal dispuesto a atender

We were only here for 1 night for our layover coming from Ushuaia with onward travel to New York. We arrived late in the night (12AM) and were were welcomed by the nighttime staff. Our check-in went smoothly and our arrangement for transportation in the morning was done at the time of check-in. My wife was a little bit hungry and the hotel was able to put something together for her even though the kitchen was closed. We made the reservation at this hotel knowing that it was in close proximity to the airport (EZE) and the transportation was included in our stay. We think that the room was a bit small for any extended stay, but all we needed for the few hours of rest before the next leg of our journey.

Muy buen servicio de conserjeria, amables y dipuestos a colabrorar, habitaciones espaciosas, tal como lo prometieron, recomendaria 100% y espero volver pronto.

Hotel was clean, very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was okay but not great. I'd recommend the hotel to people who know the city. We asked the front desk person questions on different occasions and either got bad information or completely unhelpful information. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Hotel IS Realty nice and located in San Telmo. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lautaro was a great help. The only negative is that it is on a busy street and if you are a light sleeper you might have trouble with the early morning and late traffic

Nice place for the money; not luxury but reasonably nice, new, and overall a good value. Good location close to Subte. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only real complaint- beds were not as large as advertised (twin instead of queen).

Nos alojamos 4 días y podemos decir que desde nuestra llegada recibimos una excelente atención. En recepción te dan toda la información que puedas necesitar y están siempre en disposición de ayudarte. Las suites son amplias, cómodas, muy limpias, y bastante prácticas. No hay duda que si regresamos a Buenos Aires elegiremos nuevamente Piedras Suites.

Todo muy bien. Solo una cosa es bastante ruidoso.

The room is comfortable, so I am very satisfied. And I need to say thank you for the staff kindness. There are many atractives near the hotel, and I can easily get metro and buses from the hotel.
