프로데오 호텔 & 라운지

Not used to using a buzzer to be allowed into Hotel. No gym was also a downer. Morning breakfast was good and reception was very helpful.

Bien ubicada, muy incomodos cuartos.

First of all this property does not have airport transfer as per the hotel features, this is the second hotel this trip we booked advertised airport transfer include! Also this hotel is a Vip hotel, in the hotel features we were supposed to receive a bottle of spirits each day, this did not happen! What is wrong with these properties hotel features? Very upsetting as we book hotels based on hotel features!! The staff at this hotel were excellent and warm, they made us feel right at home, very helpful giving directions and advice, the morning breakfast is very nice also, lots of choices.

We stayed in late February, which we were told was during the quiet season. I only saw two other sets of guests in the morning during my stay at breakfast time. I though the breakfast buffet had a good amount of options and generally tasty. The hotel felt very safe and was in a quieter area. There are security doors before entering and we had a room facing the street. The staff were very helpful as well. They spoke both english and spanish. At one point, front desk helped us order an uber (you can pay by cash at the end of the ride). My only complaints about the stay was that we had arranged an airport pickup through the hotel. We paid $65 USD for 2 people from EZE. However, we were stuck in customs, which was completely out of our control, causing the driver to wait longer. We we charged an additional $15 USD. Secondly, the hotel rooms were very dark. Overall, I thought we got a good deal through Expedia, paying under $100 for one night.

For and all the Mosquitoes and ants in my room, If I would had know I would had gotten another hotel. I have number of Mosquitoes bits on my Lt. and Rt. arms. And three big one on my back! Also my ankles. The insects problem became very annoying! It still very annoying dealing with the bits on my body! honesty will be know. The staff nice ladies. There was not mini refrigerator.

I felt very safe at all times. The receptionist ladies are wonderful and so helpful.

Boa estadia em geral.

My wife and I stayed at the prodeo for 2 weeks for our honeymoon (Jan 2024). The staff were incredible and helpful the hotel was very clean, quiet and quaint. We walked almost everywhere to eat, drink and play. The rooms were very clean and we loved the outdoor balcony soaker tub! Also really excellent water pressure in the shower! The pool was a hit and we definitely enjoyed the fact that this hotel only has 10 rooms so it was never to loud or crazy. The hotel is also safe and secure with staff on 24/7 and lock boxes in your room.

O hotel está entre o palermo soho e palermo hollywood, num quarteirão com pouco movimento. Por este motivo, é bastante silencioso a noite. Ainda assim, andando um quarteirão já estamos perto de lojas e restaurantes. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo, de piso frio (fomos no verão, então isso foi uma vantagem). O staff é solícito e eficiente. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Muitas opções, mas os pães e bolos tinham aparência de serem do dia anterior (todos os dias). Com tantas opções no bairro, mais vale tomar café fora.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and in walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars near Palermo SoHo.

El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. La Piscina no funciona, dijeron que está en reparación desde Mayo y no saben cuando estará lista. Está bien ubicado cerca de los restaurantes de Palermo.

Hotel péssimo, escuro, fede a uma mistura de mofo e incenso, cama mole e muito ruim, ar condicionado gotejando, porta de vidro da varanda onde está uma banheira travada, não tem vidro no box e molha todo o banheiro! Localização ruim numa rua esquisita. A porta do hotel é fechada e precisa tocar uma campainha para eles abrirem. Graças a Deus foi somente um dia de hospedagem, mesmo assim, nem para dormir foi tranquilo. A única vantagem é que fica perto do Aeroparque.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, rooms cleaned to a high standard and staff very helpful. Location is very good with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. More storage for our extended stay would have been appreciated and we were very disappointed that the pool was not available as that was a major deciding factor in choosing the hotel.

Excellent stay in good area for getting around. The pool was not available even though it says from December so that was disappointing but had an enjoyable stay none the less. Good breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs and the usual continental fare.

A localização em Palermo é muito boa, permitindo ir a pé até bairros vizinhos como Villa Crespo e a restaurantes. O pssoal da recepção sempre muito gentil e prestativo. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã variado e gostoso.

Sem dúvidas o ponto alto do Prodeo é o atendimento! Toda equipe muito receptiva e pronta para ajudar. Tive um imprevisto e eles foram bem solícitos! O hotel é pequeno, mas aconchegante. Quarto confortável, banheiro bom, café da manhã repetitivo, a localização é maravilhosa, perto de bons restaurantes, bares. Fiz muita coisa a pé!

Hotel muito bom, limpo e confortável. Equipe de funcionários prestativa e muito cordiais. Recomendo!
