El edificio totalmente lamentable. Nos toco el piso 3 habitaciones 303 y 301.Totalmente viejas, pisos pegados con cinta adhesiva, pileta del baño rota con pedazos salidos. El baño es diminuto. La limpieza lamentable, las sabanas estaban sucias que tuve que pedir cambio, incluso tenían pelos se ve que del huésped anterior. Nos quejamos con la recepcionista y basicamente nos tomo el pelo. No nos fuimos porque eran dos noches y no nos devolvian el dinero pero es lamentable. Las fotos subidas nada tienen que ver con las habitaciones reales, subi mi reseña en google para que puedan ver las fotos. No volvería jamás, edificio viejo, sucio, destruido.

La Habitación era cómoda, con aire acondicionado que funcionaba bien. El frigobar estaba descompuesto, pero no hicimos uso de el. La puerta del baño no tenia cerrojo y costaba un poco cerrarla . La barra donde se cuelgan las toallas estaba suelta y al tomarla se caía. La estadía fue agradable a pesar de esos pequeños contratiempos. El desayuno muy surtido y rico. El personal siempre muy atento y amable. Creo que arreglando detalles , sería espectacular, además esta en un lugar estratégico de la ciudad y muy seguro. Muchas gracias Lore

When we arrived at the room, the floor was dirty and covered in hair. There was no liquid soap in the showers, only empty shampoo and soap bottles. The towels were very worn and old. The beds were neatly made, and the sheets were clean.

The hotel is in a good location, but it is dated. Several details such as the paint, door frames, and elevators show noticeable signs of wear. The room also felt old and would benefit from updated furniture. On the positive side, the sheets were always clean, and the towels were clean as well, though they were clearly older. The bathroom was consistently well maintained. With some renovations and better overall upkeep, the hotel could be much better. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options and fresh products.

The staff at the lobby were friendly. Breakfasts were not very varied, but everyone could find something to their liking. The room was small but clean. The ceramic tiles on the floor made it easy to keep clean. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were very small and quite outdated. It was difficult to open the door and use the toilet comfortably. The appearance of the bathroom unfortunately spoils the overall impression of the hotel.

The hotel is in need of updates. The air conditioning barely worked. The bathroom was tiny. Towels were thin. The area is littered with homeless people. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel muito bem localizado no coração de Buenos Aires, facilitando os deslocamentos! Pontos positivos: Equipe atenciosa e educada; bom café da manhã; quarto espaçoso; cama e travisseiros confortáveis; toalhas de banho novas; Tv, frigobar e ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente; bar e restaurante. Pontos Negativos: Acústica ruim, pois é possível ouvir conversas e descargas dos quartos ao lado; descarga do sanitário com defeito (disparando muito água); cofre com a tranca estourada.

Excelente custo benefício. O Hotel não é novo, mas está ok. Tudo limpo e em boas condições de uso. Café da manha muito bom.

O hotel precisa de uma reforma. Muito velho. Banheiro apertado, com banheira, bidê e cortina no chuveiro. No quarto a cortina e o blecaute não se movimentam direito. A acústica do meu quarto, virado para a rua era péssima. Janelas sem proteção acústica e com maçanetas quebradas. Internet bem média e móveis quebrados. Não disponibilizaram nem água no frigobar.
