Perfect location and view. I've got lucky, stayed in top(45th) floor which gave me astonishing view upon BsAs. Still, you must bring your condiments cause there are no condiments at all - especially towels!(only 3 for a week) Besides of that, room was very clean, silent and newish, staff was kind enough, location was good.

I like everything but specially the way the answered all my questions, and always helped me with all my concerns. It was a wonderful stay and my family liked it. I will try to go back in the future.

Excellent place with a great customer service. I just would recommend to leave a copy of water bottles for people like us who arriivery late at night. I definitely recommend this beautiful place!!

Excellent stay

Everyrhing was excellent except for the old towels and smells in the beddlings. Location was very convenient and view was amazing.

We absolutely loved this place. Great location!! View of the city is impressive. Close to nearby attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. We will be back in our next trip to Argentina.

Incrível, perfeito

La atencion por parte de los empleados fue muy satifactoria pero el mantenimiento del departmento en si no reflejo la imponente fachada y ubicacion del edificio. Poca limpieza en su interior previa y durante mi estadia. Tostadora no funcionaba el refrigerador tenia un ruido constante molesto y su interno estaba limpio una sola cubetera de agua y la los cables electricos conectados a la hornalla electrica sin ptoteccion y peligroso no obstante lo recomendaria.

Facilité d'arrivée, même en soirée tardive, il suffit d'aviser. Sèche-cheveu disponible à la réception. Il y a une liste des coûts rattachés à tout ce qu'il y a dans la chambre. Donc si vous partez avec une petite cuillière, elle vous sera facturée. Ce qui fait que tout est là et en excellent état!

The apartment is nice but of very low quality, the curtains are not Block out which is very bad at dawn, when you want to lower them they always fall off, so every day I had. To come and fix them. The cleaning of the apartment is every 5 days as well as the change of towels, which are of very poor quality, the employees do not even know the price to change them, one told me $ 5.00 for each and others $ 5.00 for the complete set. I advise you that when you arrive take photos of the conditions of the apartment and send them by WhatsApp because then I know, you want to charge as they did with us, for example they fill the toiletries and the hand soap was already broken on our arrival and they wanted to charge me, I had brought my own products so I did not use them, they were also very bad, first time in our stay we see this, everywhere where we have stayed are for the exclusive use of the tourist even in Cuba. The shower door didn't close well then all the water came out, they came to fix it but it was still the same. As for the sheets, the one that covers the mattress is not adjustable, so you practically wake up sleeping on the mattress. First time we have such a bad experience in our stay, that every year is a different destination. Of course I don't recommend it.

Great location, near to subte, groceries and more. Nice and clean, people at reception was very attentive.
