Bueno, pero esperaba algo un poco mejor, comenzando por el ingreso, donde el de la entrada indico ir "por ahi" y unos remiseros diciendo que "por ahi no" que bloqueaba el paso... Bastante falto de mantenimiento, ni una sola canilla en buenas condiciones, algunas incluso, sin poder abrir. El resto, bien, aunque con muy pero muy pocas opciones. Toco un dia lluvioso, no cuentan con un espacio cubierto, para ir del auto al resto, un semi techo hubiese sido genial. Al hacer checkout, se pueden usar las instalaciones del lugar... pero no podes ni tomar un agua, porque solo admiten cargos a habitación...

A acústica dos quartos é péssima. Fomos acordados duas vezes com barulho dos quartos vizinhos.

Hotel muito Velho é pessimamente mantido. Não recomendo!!

NO TOWELS IN THE POOL , I HAVE WAIT 30 MN AND 2 TIMES ASK THE TOWELS. THE BREAKFEST IS NO GOOD ( COFFE AND EGGS !)

This is a nice hotel for visiting the falls. The restaurant is very convenient and the grounds feel very relaxing.

The Village is quite secluded and difficult to access. The Wi-Fi did not work in our appartment at all. The appartement was fine. The hamac was old and dangerous. The small bed was very small and has spider and dust. The larger bed was better. The larger bathroom was OK. Generally, the whole place is very basic. The pool is nice and the breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and also provided transport (for a fee) to the town nearby.

This is an ok hotel for the price on all parameters. In the description it says that it is located in connection with a shopping centre. That is a mistake. The location is not within walking distance of any shops.

El hotel esta un poco descuidado, la atencion es excelente la verdad, el personal es muy bueno, muy amable, siempre dispuestos, Mercedes, Eugenia del restaurante excelentes! La Comida tenes que saber elegir, por que no todo es rico, las carnes muy buenas, pero las pastas mas o menos. El servicio de taxis impecable! todos los que nos llevaron un 10! solo siento que el hotel esta un poco viejo.

El desayuno que nos prometieron no fue lo acordado.

The a/c was leaking onto this light fixture, the room was nice loved the balcony looking into the lush vegetation. The restaurant was fantastic, breakfast was another story, you couldn’t serve yourself (buffet style) the cereal etc side you could but not the fruits cheese or ham side. The only eggs served are scrambled. The hostess the first day was not very friendly but day 2 and 3 this younger much friendlier hostess took great care of us!!

It was like being in a loft in the rainforest; the room was spacious and the bed comfortable; the room had a wall of windows to the jungle and a small balcony into the forest; we had both sun and a rainforest downpour, which was kind of cozy in the room. We stayed for two nights to visit the Iguazu Falls on both sides of the border (definitely go to Brazil!). The hotel has seen better days; the bathroom was dated and that might have been where you could see the age the most -- though the layout of the property was somewhat grand, with space between buildings that house the rooms, another that had the restaurant, and a separate area for the pool and some play area for kids. The breakfast was a bit limited and had attendants serving small portions at the buffet, probably because people have taken advantage of the free breakfast; but the options were somewhat limited and the fruit was not terribly fresh or ripe. It was nice to have a pool to jump into and the temperature was good; no hot tub. The location was driving distance to the small, somewhat rundown town. Once you go over the border into Brazil, it's a whole different economic reality; much more development, money and infrastructure. The price was good so the value was decent.

A estadia foi maravilhosa. Recepção e serviços bem como restaurantes, excelentes. Recomendamos para quem gosta e busca contato com a natureza! Mas sempre tem pontos de melhoria: - climatizador não deu conta devidos as altas temperaturas (acima de 35°C) - lençois estavam mal cheirosos.

The staff were very helpful and polite and the restaurant food was great

En general muy bien. Nos pudieron hacer early check in. El servicio de traslado del aeropuerto estuvo bien. Ellos también ofrecen servicio de traslado a otros lugares pero no dieron toda la información de precios y al final salieron con valores no acordados.

Excelente relación calidad precio y muy buena atención de parte de todos los empleados! Volvería sin duda! Quedarse dentro de la selva es una experiencia única

A beautiful area with loads of opportunities to improve. Breakfast is good and meals from menu average to good, guess it depends whose working in the kitchen. I had a great cheese burger!! There is a challenge with noise pollution when there’s screaming children / parents. There was also very loud music from somewhere the Thu night until about 2am. Not sure if there’s a club adjacent to the National Park. They should put parents with kids separate from couples. The layout allows for that. Lovely staff with everyone trying to recover from the economic impact of covid. Very well maintained property and very clean. Pool is under renovation for summer. Pet friendly attitude definitely 5 stars. We had our little pug Charlie with us and it was a breeze. I enjoyed my stay very much and will visit again .

Hermoso lugar , habitaciones super limpias , camas espectaculares , solo un poco de mantenimiento en zina de piscina.
