Location ok near Zoravar Andranik metro station; supermarket nearby; far away from airport transport; worn; needs paint and repair; corner of bed very sharp = dangerous to toes; double bed: small size bathroom: big but no space for your stuff (levels, hooks) no lift, no daily cleaning breakfast: ready made, limited

I booked the hotel for $33 per night, when I was checking in, the hotel charged me over $52 per night. I had no choice to pay it. This treatment was unethical and professionally dishonest.

We have seen cockroaches in our room several times and we asked to change our room. The very last day they finally changed the room.

Вместо этого отец меня отправили в отель Бахус и там я находился в подвальном помещении прямо рядом с кухней. Ужас. Не работает телевизор, нет вайфая, завтраки смешные и есть просто нечего кроме варёного яйца

First day they told me they don’t have available room and send me to other hotel and I came back to Bella hotel from second day of my reservation. Rooms aren’t clean there is no WiFi in rooms. Hotel stuff aren’t friendly at all. There are so many other hotels with this price with better service.

Uima-allas todella likainen, poreamme likainen ja rikki, suihkukaapin ovi puoliksi irrallaan. Sauna lisäksi käyttökelvoton. Ongelmista huolimatta kenties silti hintansa arvoinen.

The hotel location is quite good, theres a 24 hr grocery store across the street, pharmacy, two malls down the road, a big beautiful church at the back, park etc. Everybody speaks russian as their 2nd language, (im not sire if they can speak english). The lady staffs incharge of cleaning & breakfast were kind in a local way but probably too crude/not trained to deal/speak with international guests. The neighbourhood feels safe. About the hotel itself, the airconditioner works, bed sturdy, fridge cold, hot water in the shower were ok, theres electric socket at the side of bed. But many parts of these same things are damaged e.g. corners of the bed, fridge’s door, bare socket (the plastic broken). Only the tv didnt work, but i didnt bother to complain as i dont think they can do anything about it considering everything in the room and i spend most of the day outside & the pillow seems old, i put extra layers of bed sheets on top of it before using it. The bed cover was too small... Towels were old too, so i used my own towels, the toiletaries were very basic, just a big bottle of shampoo & big soap bar. Breakfast was bread with cheeze & coffee rationed by plate. Privacy wise was good, i didnt feel being scrutinized / watched all the time so quite pleasant. I would come again to stay here if i travel alone for a budget stay but do hope that they will fix all the broken parts in the room.
