A Truly Exceptional Stay! My parents had to stay in Armenia for three weeks due to visa-related matters, and finding this hotel was nothing short of a miracle. The staff, especially Sara and Maryam, were absolutely amazing—kind, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to helping my parents in every possible way. Very nice place, the staff is amazing and I love the design of the room. Only thing is it's a bit noisy with the Big street outside. And the Uber driver never get the adresse right need to tell them to go to the mall.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at RIS. The staff and management were friendly and responsive and resolved any issues we had, which were not many. I have no reservations recommending this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Yerevan and wants to enjoy the comforts of a fully equipped apartment. There is also a mall next to it, with grocery and dining options.

Stunning place. Great service and Manuella the receptionist was very helpful and professional. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and are truly better than any hotel room, very nicely equipped and decorated too. The view from windows and balcony is stunning. You can see half of Yerevan. 1 minute walk to Dalma mall, and 15 min walk to republic square and downtown. I highly recommend this place and will be returning to it anytime I visit Yerevan. Thank you.

Stunning place. Great service and Manuella the receptionist was very helpful and professional.
