It was on a quiet neighborhood street. The problem was lack of communication. There was no directions as to how to obtain Wi-Fi where the washer and dryer were who to call in case of an emergency any of these common things that you would find at any other B&B hotel, etc. these issues could’ve been all corrected with just a posted folder with questions that should be answered. Also the downstairs bathroom smelled of mold. there was one fork in the kitchenette utensil drawer one bath towel for three people it was in adequately set up. I was able to obtain a WhatsApp text number from a maid to ask for more towels . it would’ve been very nice without these issues.

Super convenient, clean , comfy bed

We enjoyed the Pool and the Open terrace very much.

The location is good, there is a restaurant and store close. The hotel had to change my locations at the last minute, that is my review is this.

Clean, parking, decent AC, comfortable bed. Affordable, good location Cons No remote for bedroom tv and safe was shut so we couldn’t use. I’m sure i could have asked the host about those 2 but didn’t even bother us too much.

The beds sheets had stains, and it seemed like they hadnt been changed since last quest. The bed was full of sand.

Our second stay at the Residence, good value for our money.

We really enjoyed staying at the Rooi. The unit was clean and well maintained. Really appreciated having beach chairs supplied. It is literally around the corner from a grocery minimart where most needs can be met. It is easy to find and reasonably close (with a car) to three of the island's best beaches. And three minutes from a Starbucks! The mini pool onsite we really appreciated and came to use daily. If we have one quibble it was the kitchen, which we found under -equipped for daily cooking needs. Needs more utensils, an electrician to go over the dead outlets, a drying rack and other basic items. But otherwise i would recommend this unit wholeheartedly.

Loved the self-catering feel of the place perfect for independent travelers. Management not onsite all times but easy to reach through WhatsApp. 20 min walk to main Route 1 where you can catch buses to hotel area and downtown. Would definitely stay here again, especially for long-term stay. Place is very quiet and felt safe as solo female traveler. Tip: Mini-market with everything imaginable just around the corner (groceries, beauty products, auto products, mini tools, etc). Stock up for your apt to be even more comfortable depending on the length of your stay)

They never mop the floor or dust cleaning, no bathrooms exhaust vents, the kitchen vent doesn’t blow air out. All you do stay in. I had my house shoe through away after couple days, because they never mopped the floor. It is look clean but very dirty. Catch, under bathroom sink, very dirty, no one to let you into the apartment. I was there for 2 hours and sent messages and called. No one never got back to me until I left. After 2 hours waiting I just searched the apartment and found 2 opened and I took the one that matched my requirements. A tv is in a box that very difficult to watch. It is not recommended to no one. The pillow smells sweet, etc… I have pictures, but I don’t know if you will give me the access to post them.

Good clean property Mini Supermarket very close

Every time I travel to Aruba , I try to book with Rooi Santo. Apartment I rent is big, has well equipped kitchen,huge bed, is walking distance from the beach. There is a little store 1 min walk and Superoods 5 min drive. Staff is friendly and easy to communicate.

The property managers were very responsive and helpful.

We liked the appartement but the washer dryer was not installed and no safe in the room. We packed light because we were expecting laundry appliances. They did offer to clean our clothes after we complained. In the end it was not enough and the linens were changed only once during the 10 day stay. Besides this we did enjoy our stay in Aruba but this property needs to be better managed.

My privacy and around with the nature

It was close to the hotel area but you most definitely need a car to get around. There is a small convenient store in walking distance but other than that, nothing else. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. That is what I liked most. Just wished the property owner communicated with us in advance as to which apartment was ours beforehand. We had to wait quiet a while outside before the neighbors assisted us with some wifi so we could call and get this info.

Only place I’m staying at next time I’m in aruba
