Good location, very clean

Booked family room for 3 people we thought but when we arrived clerk said booking was for just 2 and asked for $20 cash, no big deal but seemed shady.

The manager was helpful and friendly and helped us with nearby parking. The location was very central. The property is ‘quirky’ in design and very tired and worn; things fell off walls and/or didn’t work.

Stayed in Moulin Rouge room which was qite spacious and tidy with balcony over looking a roundabout.bathroom was a bit awkward with a couple of steps up from main room

31 on the Terrace is an awesome stay. We will definitely stay here again if we travel through this way. The host is very gracious and the room has everything that you could ever want or need. It is right in the downtown area close to shops and bakeries and lots of fabulous restaurants as well. The room even has a private balcony, which is just wonderful.

Excellent staff

Bed mattress was super comfy the rest of the experience was a little unconventional bordering on awkward. To strange to be considered quirky but it was clean and the mattress was very comfy.

Balcony view of the Main Street also makes the room much bigger. The bed was much too soft.

It is an old building. Inside it is renovated and well maintained, but it is not modern.

Rob and Deb are such lovely hosts who are so welcoming and accommodating. Spotlessly clean, all the amenities you need, fantastic location, very comfy bed. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Quircky little property. Very clean, did the job. Not bells and whistles. Staff were fine.

This is a neat family run business. I’m guessing it’s a family run business. They treated us like family Rod organized the check in and explained how everything worked there very clearly They’re considerate management team

Fuss free

Bed was very comfortable. Heaps of room. Loved that there was a balcony to sit out on. Lovely quiet stay.

Very small room with a very soft bed

The room we booked and occupied, Aloha, is described on Expedia as 25 sqm with a king bed and river view. Also rated 10. Definitely wrong! The room is tucked in a corner, much smaller and with a queen bed.The furnishings are outdated.The view is of a car park and houses out back. There is a small river in the distance, hardly visible. There may well be nicer rooms in this unusual property, but Aloha needs to be corrected on Expedia. You get the impression that you are booking a nicer room, but you are not. The staff we met were nice. The recommended Spanish restaurant lovely.
