The room was clean and contained all the basics. The TV reception was poor but we understand this is a local issue. The motel is well situated with a short drive to the township and local attractions.

Love the hassle free check in and check out

Basic No reception. Room entry by sms and code given for door lock. Pillows looked and smelt. Need replacing. Linen also needs replacing. All had a yellowish tinge. Towels also had a smell. No wardrobe. Bathroom just a wash basin. Nowhere to put anything Upside was its proximity to everything. Overall very disappointing.

Good overall. A bit light on with shelving, wardrobe/cupboard facilities

Poor customer service. Never got any text how get it. No room allocated. Eventually got a text. The room was dirty. Had to wait in the rain for more than an hour for the room to be cleaned. Definitely wouldn’t recommend Abajaz to anyone

Bike Tour

In room - clean and comfortable. Outside - you would almost think the property abandoned. Pool area and courtyard substandard. No staff on premises. Reception office is a closed work in progress site with a mobile number taped to window for issues.

Pool was beautiful Would have liked to seen the admin open. However the staff were prompt when we needed them on arrival

Dirty linen

It was nice to see the property has been re-painted and spruced up since our visit 14 months ago. Good value for the price we paid.

A convenient spot close to main precinct and museums. Lovely and clean and quiet.

Did not get check in pin until day before we left. Message also told us our cutlery etc was in the microwave which we did not find until then. Property is pretty run down but it was clean

Overpriced for the condition of the motel

Reception permantly closed. Had sign with phone number but we had no phone signal. Another guest phoned for us… no answer. The other guest said to go to Albert Park Motot Inn to check in. No one at reception there. Found a cleaner in laundry who helped us. Apparently access info was in text message, but when on the road in outback Queensland, no phone signal! Also, bathroom needs work.

Disappointed that there was no reception at the motel and we had to drive to another one to get our access code. No wifi code issued. Motel was run down but in close proximity to centre of town

All very average

We booked a three star property and got what we expected for what we paid. It was quite handy walking distance to the railway station and to the shops as well as to visit the great tourist attractions including the Qantas Museum, Stagecoach ride and the Stockman's Hall of Fame. Altogether a great few days holiday!!

Don’t stay here. A dingy, dilapidated motel with no on site assistance. If you can’t find anywhere else to stay in Longreach, do yourself a favour and sleep in your car.

Liked nothing! Not enough time to list all - access, ,reception, staff, air conditioner!
