Hotels.com app says that free parking is available, When we called the hotel reservation, we heard a confusing explanation. One employee said free parking was available, while another said free parking is not possible. When checking in, the employee just flatly said there was no free parking. It didn't really help. The hotel cleaners were very kind. The location was good because it was located in a quiet place. It was convenient because there was a shopping mall right in front of the hotel. I want to use it again next time.

출장지와 가까워서 선택한 호텔이었습니다. 프론트 데스크의 몇몇 직원은 친절하였지만 청소가 덜 되었다는 사유로 3시가 되어서야 체크인을 할 수 있었고 샤워부스에서 이전 숙박한 사람의 머리카락 뭉치를 발견했고 냉장고에서는 먹다 남은 물통을 발견했습니다. 하지만 그 외에는 큰 불만사항이 없었고 마트가 가깝고 시내로 나가는 교통도 편리하였습니다. 조식도 매우 좋았습니다.

It was reasonable place to stay.

Stayed here a couple of times recently. The room itself is nice and comfortable. Location is great, very near to the Hellenic ands Southern Cross clubs and Westfield. There are a few down sides though. The shower has both times had previous guests hair - gross. Check in has been a little troublesome each time - reception is not well manned after hours, staff often out smoking or otherwise occupied. There’s always a guest having some issue dealt with. The lift is problematic and slow, either passes don’t work or need getting used to the delay. We were evacuated for false fire alarm 20 minutes after falling asleep on the most recent visit - seems their kitchens are not well ventilated and trigger the alarm regularly. Kids are traumatised. Bunk beds are very noisy at the slightest movement. Bodega at reception is welcome, for last minute supplies. Will stay again, but wife has given a final warning in the hair in the shower.

Perfect stay - clean, fabulous location, reasonable price, easy and cheap parking, friendly staff!! The whole building had a fresh, clean smell as soon as you walked in the door!! Room was warm which was appreciated on a cold Canberra winter night! Ideal for us - 5 minute drive to Canberra Hospital, Hellenic Club across the road, Westfield practically next door! Only negative was the shower flooded out the bathroom!! Not sure if our room may have been designed for disabled access to shower or if there was a design fault but only dry spot was on top of the toilet !!! Despite that, we will be staying here again soon - and check the shower situation!!!

They upgraded my room with bunk beds. Not sure how that’s an upgrade when i was travelling solo for business, had they gave me a lounge, then I guess that’s an upgrade. Showers definitely needed a good clean, mould was evident

Lovely spacious and clean room. Large modern bathroom. Liked mini kitchen with washing machine facility. Restaurant good, but a little "canteen" like and annoyingly smokers going outside constantly leaving door open. Only other gripe was the silly TV. I just wanted to see some "free to air" news. Annoying.

Great location-close to public transport, restaurants and shopping. Needed an extra pillow in the room ie 2 each. Otherwise, perfect.

Travelling solo for work. Have stayed here multiple times. Really like the clean bathroom, washing machine and always a comfy warm room.

The restaurant staff are hopeless, forgot one of our orders. Food was nice, but small serving. We went to the bar/restaurant the first night, staff were terrible, same with the atmosphere. In our rooms, cups and glasses were in a high cupboard that I could not reach. Parking was fine across the road, better than I thought it would be.

It's clean and comfortable. Stayed for work. Walking distance to Westfield shopping centre with lots of food options

The only think is can you please put a couple more t-bags and coffee in the rooms then I don't have to ask for more as I feel awkward asking for more or going to the foyer cupboard to help myself everything else and breakfast was great - we were looking to have dinner at the restaurant on Saturday night but it was closes so we had to go elsewhere

The room was adequate for two people, the cleanliness was a bit touch and go but generally o.k. The cafe/restaurant was good value and quite an extensive menu. Parking is a problem in that it is a pay car park opposite the premises with a 4 hour limit from 8.30 am until 5.30 pm weekdays. Free on weekends. Overall a convenient and pleasant place to stay.

It was a good short stay

Friendly and accommodating staff. Good position south of city.
