There was no air conditioning or fan in the room so, with hot summer temperatures, it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. There is a very noisy all-night pub next door so opening the windows made sleeping even more difficult. Rooms are not serviced during your stay. It was just very uncomfortable.

The room was shabby and not well cleaned. Noticeable dust under the bed. Curtains on the worn side and one window appeared to be missing the internal one . The room was extremely noisy as it has an alleyway running down the side. I was woken multiple times by passer-by's and trucks including a rubbish truck. I arrived very late and had problems with the bond $200. The one big plus was the receptionist who was extremely kind given the late hour she was contacted. Convenient location. Value for money definitely not.

Beds were comfortable. Room was a good size. Airconditioner worked well but looked old & vents were broken. The Television only had a about a stations were could see, all the others were saying audio only… Hotel is very central to all shops, nightlife, arks & transport. however from 4am the noise trucks doing their deliveries or whatever is quite loud. Price was reasonable for 2 people.

Room was too dark

The most lovely staff. So close to everything. Really enjoyed our stay would happily stay again

3 stars for a 3 star hotel Beds were comfy Pillows were good Noisy aircon outside my room all night trouble sleeping Toilet door locked itself lucky I had a coin to unlock the little knob on the handle 3 stars

Shelf in bathroom was broken, plumbing needs attention, was expecting some natural light in the room as per pictures advertised but ended up in a basement type room very dark and only window was inaccessible covered by fixed curtain bathroom fan very noisy and not clean

The room was ok, in need of a makeover.. The manager was exceptional, she went above and beyond to please us with every request that we had. Room was very noisy, very hard to sleep.

friendly staff and nice room

My room was on level 2 and overlooked a pub on the other side of a narrow lane. There was a lot of noise from pub patrons in the evening and service vehicles in the early morning. The windows faced west so the room was hot in the late afternoon. Inexpensive but take earplugs.

Positive- friendly service, large coffee mug. Negatives location- noise from street, not very clean.
