It was really clean and the pod had plenty of room inside. You get a towel provided for you, which is a bonus. Great place to stay if you need your own space for a couple of nights but don't want to pay hotel prices. I wouldn't say it's a social hostel, as the kitchen and communal area is small, though you can still meet people if you want to.

Decently comfor

This is a capsule hotel. I was happy with the capsule, but would like a better quality mattress. The showers & toilets were fine but not always clean (depends on previous users). Access to laundry facilities & a kettle & fridge is much appreciated. Having a hook for your towel would be useful. Lockers are not very big.

Poor communication of check in instructions. Bathrooms were not clean. Charging stations did not work. Otherwise it was quiet and beds were comfortable.

I never saw any staff there, the place started off quite clean in general but by day 3 was really dirty, especially the bathrooms. They did get cleaned after that but not everyday. I stayed for 5 nights and only slept well 2 of those due to noise!! Use the ear plugs!!!

This property has security issues. There is no reception and no staff. Anyone can sneak in when the door is open and use the facilities.. I saw a suspicious guy hanging around outside and walked in following behind when the door was open. Also, the pods got no sound proof at all. So much consistent noise from the frames all night. However, it is cheap and has a good location.

The place was great, located close to everything. There was not a microwave, as stated. I also had to phone to get a code to check in, as was not emailed any further details. I would stay here again, it was great.

It was noisy inside with someone putting something in the dryer that rattled for ages. Then every time someone used the bathroom the hand dryer made such a noise. Finally the lack of instruction on how to use all the settings on the panel inside the pod was just frustrating

Safe and efficient communication with management. Great spot in city. Communal bathrooms could benefit from twice cleaning daily, but overall great value. Female only area provides extra peace of mind. I'd stay again. Thank you

Good value for anyone on a budget.

I enjoyed my stay at the capsule hotel mostly except for an incident with another guest. I had to end up leaving with one night still paid for. I like the concept of the capsule rooms as it is more private than your standard dorm with bunk beds and being more open spaced. There was no microwave in the kitchen unfortunately but this was due to past guests not using correctly and causing incidents. Also there should be No Smoking on premises even out in the back court yard as there was a guest who smoked out there and after that day the smoke got into the air system and could smell even in my pod and sleeping areas.
