Great. Kitchen would benefit from a few appliances. 2 locks in men's bathroom broken.

Great location, opposite to Skybus stop 5, close to shops, Supermarket and tour bus stops. Bright lights in sleeping area at night are disturbing, capsule doors are noisy, bath rooms not cleaned well, not even a toaster in kitchen. People staying are very uneducated, some did not flush toilets, long dark hair everywhere in wash rooms...why can young women not clean after themselves?? Check in is easy, storage free and even washing.

Bathrooms and communal areas were quite dirty

The noise of the capsule doors all night was constant. Surely there is a better design or mechanism that can be utililised? Only 2 female toilets for all occupants? Toilet floors were dirty, sinks were dirty and the ONE soap dispenser was broken!! Fire alarm went off at 3am so we all had to evacuate. Access to the top capsules up the tiny steps is precarious - especially when exiting. Do not recommend the experience to anyone.

First time ever in a capsule hotel. I had no expectations. It was clean enough and comfortable enough. Once everyone was in for the night it was quiet enough and I slept fairly well. For the price I think it’s good value and certainly well located. Easy walking into the CBD, the Docks and Salamanca / Battery point. The checkin instructions arrived about 30 minutes prior to checking and it all worked as it was sposed to. All in all I’m satisfied with the experience 🙂

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Conveniently located to shops and eateries. Good basic facilities such as showers, toilets, kitchenette and laundry.

I have stayed 2nd time and it was good staying compared to price and privacy. Just not for family.

Overall good stay, nice facility for a capsule room. But because they don’t have reception and no one to ask to. It was really frustrating when they message me the procedure and code very late. They should automatically send the message at least exactly 2pm for check in.

Bedding was not comfortable. No staff available 😕

Fine and would stay again however check in was late. And the same capsule and locker as I’ve stayed in before I struggled to open with swipe card inconvenient to be standing waiting for a temperamental system. The hair in the women’s showers is just disgraceful and if guests aren’t cleaning their own mess then surely staff should be making sure that other guests don’t have to do it themselves. Overall great but the hygiene is to a standard that any body paying anywhere would be dissatisfied with

Good option for travelling solo with good price. The capsules are quite comfortable.

Minimalist accommodations, obviously, but you can’t beat the price. Clean, pleasant staff who kept to themselves. Only not was WiFi…which was nonexistent near as I could tell.

When i booked this stay, i thought it was a good price, but it really turned out to be expensive for what it was. I couldnt get the wifi to work (and noone else i talked to had managed to get it to work either). Because there is no reception, you cant ask for help. There was coffee and tea, but no milk and no spoons. Just a little milk and some spoons or stirrers would have gone a long way. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good, but that was all there was.

Clean, cozy and pretty comfortable for a good price. Great location, too.

The first day was good. Property owner gave me chocolates which was nice. Then at night it got quite cold. I slept in my coat, hat, scarf, and thick warm socks. It was as low as 12 Celsius and as high as 21 with an extra space heater. The next 2 days I had internet a handful of times for a minute or 2. More than one person let the caretaker know, but I don’t suspect she speaks English or at least not well. It got even colder the next 2 nights. It got up to 16 celsius at the highest. With a space heater. As i am not from Australia, the only way i can communicate or use my phone is with wifi. Thank goodness i could walk downtown (a brief walk) to get free wifi. I don’t know what i would have done otherwise

Clean. New. However there is no plugpoint (only USB) in the capsule and the hairdryer is very low-power. No microwave.
