Yes the staff were very helpful friendly. Albany was a great town , I sure would come back and stay at the park again.

Easy, convenient check in via text. The cabin had everything we needed except air con.

Great place to go unwind and relax. Lovely family atmosphere. The cabins are cosy with plenty of sleeping space. Bbq area and playground for the kids in a safe secure environment. Highly recommend this place for a family holiday.

Unfortunately I will never ever stay here again! It was smelly and dirty. Kettle was gross and went to Kmart to buy a new kettle and cups, as the ones there were disgusting. Gas was not checked, so we had no gas and therefore had no hot water. Towels, curtains and bedding were also dirty and smelly. Thank goodness we brought our own bedding with us. Advertised wifi, but no wifi available. There were cobwebs everywhere, floors were dirty. Only one toilet roll supplied, missing bathroom basin plug.BBQ’s were disgusting and I refused to cook on it, as it would be a health hazard. I wouldn’t even stay here as a last resort. Extremely disappointed!

There is an acute ant problem in the chalets within this property, there wasn’t any plug supplied for the bathroom basin & the TV was continually pixelated & was unwatchable.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Cabin was filthy, run down and horrible.

We paid $100 more than the other families who booked the same accomodation via Agoda website. Boo for wotif! We arrived at 4pm and room wasn’t even ready. We had to wait 3 more hours for the room! By the time we checked in, it was 7pm. No compensation whatsoever given. There 6 families altogether who stayed at the accomodation. 2 families got a newer cabin which was decent enough. The other 4 families including us got the older cabins. Old flooring, old furniture, old ceiling and the shower was horrible too. There was almost no hot water. It only pump 4 times and it lasted 2 minutes everytime the hot water was pumped. The entire place badly needs an upgrade. We wouldn’t recommend it at all. Also, use Agoda for booking not Wotif!

After driving for 5 hours when we got to out accomodation noticed dust was every where and floor was covered in sand, my partner had to sweep the whole place first, fridge was turned off when we open the door it stank the while place and the Small cart of milk was off, the lighter for the cooking gas was not working luckily we has a match box with ours, the toilet roll holder was broken, unit lost its power three times While were were staying and the list goes on over all we very very disappointed with our stay.

Room was unclean and smelt very bad bathroom floor was stained shower had mould and very bad smell.

Manager helpful. Some furnishings tired no room on both sides of double bed to get in and out. Difficult for us oldies

It was adequate for our needs the unit looked tired . No hand towel supplied.

3 couples in 3 small cabins was just right. We had roomenough in the kitchen for the 6 of us to play cards.

Stay for 1 week in one of the Chalets ( Dec 26th - Jan 1st). The Chalet has a very nice space, queen main bedroom and one small bedroom with two bunkers. Very nice place to stay with the family, all good maintenance, accessible to the Albany town and attractions and very handy petrol station and shop across the road.

Fantastic spot very helpful and friendly staff ! Told us all the best places to go and see.
