The motel rooms on the ground floor were sufficiently shield by the hotel building so we heard no traffic noise. The beds were comfortuable and we slept well. It has a microwave, toaster and fridge with the makings for breakfast at hand. One minor downside is that there is no formal office. So. you need to call someone to check-in to your room. Similarly on checkout, you just leave the keys in your room and shut the door.

How any body could suggest this property is Exceptional and score it 10 out of 10 is beyond me any score more than 3 out of 10 would be generous. The decor is aged, cleanliness marginal, plumbing leak in toilet lack of soap holder in shower area, just a few of the issues. On arrival on a 38C day the reception was un attended and the key had been left under the door mat for us when we opened the door to the room it was like walking into an oven. Management had not seen fit to turn on air conditioning. At $150 way over priced. On plus side room and bath room generous size bed linen and bath towels clean.

First looks can be deceiving but on opening the door to our room we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of the area. Decent size bathroom, bedroom, breakfast bar area and verandah for relaxation. Breakfast was provided, two choices of cereal, toast and fresh fruit.

Close to city centre, very secluded and beautiful birds twitter in the early morning!

It was smallish room but so cute and the peaked ceiling gives a big sense of space. Little patio out back was a lovely place for morning coffee. For such a reasonably priced room we were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed our stay there.

The room was clean and tidy and provided almost all we needed for a few days, a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was sufficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking for room 7 is a bit tight. For a motel stay, it was very good.

Have stayed before and was happy to come back to a clean, modern, bright room in a great location.

I thought the room was clean and tidy... Need to fix the TV in room 1, as it flickered on and off. Other than that for a budget stay it was good.

Convenient and simple. Everything needed for an overnight stay at a very reasonable price.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Rooms have been modernized and clean, every thing you need for an over night stay. Bed was a bit hard
