Ideally located for us as we were working at the MCEC, plus points are location, roomy apartment, full kitchen and washing machine with a seperate dryer. Unfavourable points are it is on the first floor, right opposite a busy railway line and tram stop, so a bit noisy, but it is in the city, so maybe you expect that. The rooms are big and light with great pillows and bedding, presentation is great, but neither room is incredibly private, one has bi fold doors with clear glass in them and ill fitting blinds to aid privacy whereas the other room has a big hole into the living area, again with an ill fitting blind, but sound from the sitting/dining area is in this room also as this hole in the wall is straight into the bedroom…. Strange setup. The biggest challenge for us though, was the sound of the plant room, probably for the lifts, which runs 24/7 and at night it is loud! I am pretty sure this apartment sits over the plant room as you can hear the pumps/motors running and stopping and to be fair, it kept us awake! In summary, great place to stay as a bunch of girls or couple of guys (mates) short term, but if it was 2 couples it would be challenging and you need some good ear plugs!

Good spot close to river and tourist spots

We loved staying here, it was clean and very comfortable. The tram is right outside, casino a short walk up the road. So easy to get to all of the CBD shops.

Check in process with Lilly was excellent, She was professional, really helpful and friendly. Great location. Well set up apartment and spotless clean. Exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay again next time in Melbourne.

Location is great

Fabulous apartment right on Flinders St with a tram stop right at the door. The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen had a dishwasher which was great. A washing machine and dryer was also available in the bathroom. Parking was onsite but a bit of a challenge when we all had multiple bags to carry. Our parking spot was on a higher level than our apartment so we had to walk across a glass crossover to get to the elevator to take us down to our level which was level one. Next time I would drop the bags off at the walkway and then go and park. We loved the balcony which looked out to Flinders St too. Our only cons were: only half a roll of toilet paper for 4 people (found a skeric in the laundry cupboard), no instructions on how to use the coffee machine and no longlife milk in the fridge. Apart from that we loved it!

Getting to the property was a bit confusing at first, but once you’re there it’s easy. Lily was so lovely at check in and very accommodating. Can’t really fault the property. Great location! The only thing I would suggest is for milk to go with our hangover coffees

The apartment is huge, with good amenities. There is no information book, which made working out where to find things and how to use things a little challenging. The kettle didn’t work, and no bin liners were provided. Check in was a little awkward as the cafe seemed confused and needed the name of the person who sent me the email, as opposed to the name of the ‘hotel’. All in all a comfortable apartment, just a few thoughtful touches would make it a great place to stay.

Stayed for three nights over a recent weekend. Starting with the obvious: a quick check of the map shows the accomodation is wedged between a major Melbourne street and several rail lines. It’s noisy, there’s no question. Still, we had a good night’s sleep on each night, so I can only say that it didn’t affect us. That’s the only negative for this property - everything else is outstanding. Communication was great, and we had no issues calling in to pay the security deposit and confirm the parking location. The apartment was clean, secure and had everything that we wanted. There were plenty of eateries out the front and a Woolworths at Southern Cross. Actually, the apartment is extremely close to Southern Cross station, Crown Casino, the Exhibition Centre, the Aquarium - it’s all a block or two away. We will definitely plan to return in the near future.

Excellent location and good price. Need new process to deal with taking a deposit. I wasn’t comfortable with the cleaner taking a photo of my credit card for sending to the property owner.

Property was not cleaned well when i got there. After lodging a complaint, the property was cleaned.

Clean, spacious apartment in ideal location for business or leisure. Tram stop was immediately outside of front doors. Despite a train running close by, very little noise disturbed us inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in central Melbourne.
