Clean rooms

Staff were very courteous. Apartment was very spacious, clean and well appointed.Kitchen well appointed with lots of facilities, only thing that would have made it better would have been to leave some cooking oil and salt and pepper.

Room was dirty, staff wasn't helpful, i could not stay there, i had to found somewhere else to stay, the staff said i would get a refund and still haven't got the refund

For what I paid, I was quite happy. My room was clean and tidy. No issues. The hardest thing was accessing reception as you could not get in without a key as reception is located inside the building. I had to call and stand out the front for 5 to 7 minutes waiting to be let in. The small café inside very basic but breakfast was good good coffee.

Room Good Clean, Mark at front desk called me to say front desk closes at 4pm, as I was arriving at 5pm he stayed back to give me my key 🙂

Was given a twin room when we booked a king room. Gym was open ridiculous hours of 9am-5pm which was useless for us apart from one occasion Says laundry facilities on site but apparently not for one bed apartments which we weren’t told and was falsely advertised Had to request towels every day, why don’t you just replace them, everyone needs to wash daily? Pool closes one day for ‘maintenance’ Stay elsewhere so you get what you pay for

Room was tidy, I had after hours check in and everything was as explained which made it super easy. The only downside was the room had no balcony but when booking all images appeared to show rooms with one so that was a little disappointing.

Clean room very quite

Spacious and perfect for a family of four. Nicely decorated and lots of light. Big balcony with plenty of space for dining. Kitchen has hot plates, if you are bringing your own groceries. View from 502b was nice, probably awesome if it wasn’t raining cats and dogs. Massive TV and good internet speed.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. However, considering the price we paid for the room, the overall condition was quite underwhelming.There were several maintenance and safety concerns that impacted our experience. The living room walls had visible putty patches that had not been sanded or properly finished. The couch was in poor condition, with springs protruding through the cushions, which resulted in my child being injured while laying on it. Additionally, the light switches were pushed in and require repair, and the fridge light was not functioning, making visibility in the kitchen difficult, particularly at night.We also found the kitchen lacked adequate utensils and cooking equipment, which limited our ability to prepare meals comfortably. Most concerning was the main air conditioning unit, which had visible mould and had affected our health, as all of us became unwell during our stay.While we appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff, these issues significantly detracted from the overall comfort and value of the accommodation and should be addressed as a matter

We stayed for two nights with no hot water. Reception said they would send a maintenance man to fix it. He never arrived. We went to Reception again after waiting hours for help and it was closed. The next morning Reception still closed. No hot shower for us day number two. I complained by email after checking out, only to be told we didn’t put the tap on to hot. My husband is a plumber! No recompense at all but they did offer a 15% discount on my next booking. No way!

The room was nice only had issues with a dripping air conditioner. Reported and discussed with staff. Hopefully it will be repaired for the next visitor. Great position and easy access to the city. Loved the Security and Safety of the Hotel. Free, safe parking was available. The Cafe was absolutely a delight to have coffee in. The Hotel was very clean, Office staff available and caring with their service. The view from our room was perfect.

The3brm apartment looked as though it was only partially cleaned. Carpets were in need of a deep shampoo with noticeable stains through out. walls had obvious marks. aircons leaked into the apartment. tv in one room with only noise no picture. patio blinds with broken sign on them, so no privacy in our lounge are from adjacent buildings due to not being able to close blinds....overall not happy at all. we were in townsville for grandaughters funeral, informed management on checkout of our concern. have msged and was told we should have notify when we first went into the room(obviously last thing on our mind at the time) would not recommend this establishment at all.
