It was not bad. We tried to book the room which included bathtub but that room all out so we booked 2bed room. In that room no shower gown and slippers. But when we asked they served with free. Nice service, but the view from the room, better not expect about it. The view from restaurant is good bit not from the room. I recommend the restaurant. Breakfast and lunch, both of them, better than the price. I will be back for dinner later. We went there in busiest season so paid high cost.

Montville was an adventure. If one has a mobility limitation, getting around on the steep main street can be quite challenging. This was also true of the Altitude on Montville, which is built on a steep slope. The room that is equipped for disabled access is beautiful. We'd have been very happy there, but it wasn't practical to use it because a power surge during a recent storm had killed the small lift that was needed to access the room. We were given an alternate room that worked very well for us, and we are grateful that the property manager was so anxious to ensure that we were accommodated. If you need to book the Accessible Room, phone the property to confirm that the lift is in working order. There is another work-around available, but it would be a spot of bother to use it and quite impractical for a solo traveler.

Room was super clean and bed super comfy. Outside was a great addition

Room was clean and tidy. Restaurant is only open Friday and Saturday. Handy location to walk in Montville and a good base to explore the local area.

Lovely spa studio on 2nd floor. A great place to relax and chill out after a month travelling around Australia.

They had a gin and pizza bar but it closed at 7pm, and the hotel restaurants kitchens shut at 8pm. Ribs were a highlight tho

The gentleman at checkin was lovely and the lady and checkout was equally as lovely. Decent sized and clean modern rooms. Easy parking and a close walk to a quaint town.

Great roomy apartment but some ocean views a exaggeration. Well maintained and comfy.

The lady at reception was very friendly & the apartment had everything you needed for a romantic stay, beds comfortable & fire place lovely.

Our room was filthy, we contemplated leaving after the first night. Thick mould all through shower floor grouting, dirty duvet, one of the pillows smelt so bad, stained couch, crumbs in the fridge. The only good thing was the restaurant food.

A great spot walking distance Montville town centre. Cosy, clean, quiet and spacious. Would recommend

Loved the spa bath! We enjoyed our stay. Can't really comment on staff or service as we stayed the night before Good Friday and understandably staffing was limited. But we had everything we needed, it was a real treat for our anniversary.
