Friendly staff

Iluka is still a small remote town. It has most things, and is a great place to get away.

Terrific service right at the start... Great little cabin with all the things you need. Iluka is a great place to visit!

Very ice holiday park very friendly staff

We liked the walks in Iluka, with many kangaroos in the wild. We did not like the fact that we were unable to sit outside. The balcony was ridiculously tiny (800mmx800mm). The car doors could hardly be opened, due to lack of space. The interior of the cabin was smaller than any we've been in before. It was well equipped, large fridge, reasonable bathroom, all fresh and clean. It would be uncomfortable for 4 people. It was definitely overpriced.

Very helpful & friendly ladies in the desk. Thankyou to them. Cabin requires a few repairs eg sliding screen door in lounge, base ties of the verticle blinds in bedroom & lounge mostly pulled off. This was an older cabin but suitable for a few nights stay when very little other accommodation available

The atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing. Sweet weekend retreat. Lovely gardens. Highly recommond.

Wonderful cabins, excellent pool for kids and the staff are very kind.

Excellent facilities. Great location. Beds need replacing they were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Cottage small, very small balcony two chair supplied but no room to put both chairs on the balcony . Bed very hard and tiny shower and water taking time to become hot. Staff lovely and helpful. I think a bit over priced for this accommodation ,but when I booked only accommodation left in Iluka .

We stayed here because our friend stays here often. Bit of a walk to go to town (we took the car). Nice, relaxing holiday town. Not as busy as Yamba. Enjoyed the Sunday music cruise and also the ferry over to Yamba is handy.

Very comfortable & quite good location close to shops & beaches

My wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway for two nights. We stayed in Spa Cabin 3 which had a lovely deck overlooking the tropical Balinese-style garden. The cabin itself was clean and and nice. A good size combined dining/lounge area. Lots of birdlife and the river across the road.

Was a lovely little place to stay. Plenty of stuff to keep the kids busy and close to a great fishing spot

Very friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble !! Very well positioned in Iluka and the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean ...... would definitely recommend to others.

Arranged after hours arrival (6.30pm) and told to go to spa cabin with light on. Turned out to be wrong one for the key we were given. The right one for the key was next door. We dropped out bags and went out for dinner returning for bed, only to find there was no water to the cabin. So much for a spa! Too dark to work out how to turn on the water so we survived the night with only the water in a jug in the fridge. Found the external water tap in the morning and able to flush the loo etc. When we raised this with the reception - now open, they showed very little concern. We decided not to stay the second night.

We stayed in one of the spa cabins and it was lovely. It had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and directed us to the local fishing spots where we could drop a line in :) Will definitely be coming back for another visit.
