Questions were promptly answered. The place was clean. The pool was equally well maintained. Landscaping was also well maintained and clean. Kids enjoyed wandering around, fishing and feeding ducks. It's close to everything. Would definitely stay again. It was a great weekend getaway.

We had a great stay at Anglesea. Such a beautiful location right on the waterfront. Great sized cabins for a family. Everything was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We would highly recommend staying at Anglesea if you are visiting Jervis Bay. It was lovely and quiet with beautifully kept gardens and water frontage for the kids to play. The owners Mark and Kathy were so helpful and we appreciated them telling us the local secrets. Thanks for a great stay.

Firstly, the location as a short walk to town is good and we had plenty of parking. It didn’t start amazingly well after I had made contact saying that we were going to be arriving shortly after 9pm and was made to feel that this was inconvenient but the real trouble was after we arrived. The manager gave us an upgraded lodge (thank you), knew that we were down for the big triathlon however walked us down to the lodge and then said that he would not allow any bikes inside the lodge. He tried to say that if we were to go back to the lodge we booked then we could but he wasn’t very accomodating and really made us feel u comfortable about his suggestion to leave in the laundry or outside when we had received no warning. I feel this could have been handled better especially as the walls were already all marked in the lodge and we would have protected the walls.

Proximity to main street of town - few minutes walk to cafe's and restaurants

Everything is nice ... pool clean, villas very comfortable, 7 min walking to the shops, restaurants!!! I will go back soon!

We stayed in a budget cabin that was clean and well appointed for the price. The views, green space, and location simply couldn't be beat. The little extras like milk, high quality toiletries, and the espresso machine made all the difference, as did the reverse cycle air/heat system. The hosts were kind but let you have your privacy. We will definitely be back!

Lovely cabins right on the waters edge. Spotlessly clean inside and around the site. All amenities that you need including pool and laundry area. Walking distance to local restaurants.

Relaxing and enjoyable loved the cabin and people where very friendly

We got disappointed. Not at all what we had expected, far to expensive. Other houses were very close. No parking next to the villa. Building going on next door starting 7 in the morning. Very suburbian with houses everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Anglesea Lodge and could not fault the location or wonderful views of the river and out to Jervis Bay from our cabin... Literally 3-4 metres from the waters edge and very peaceful. If you have the opportunity, booked the Waterfront Cabin... Worth the extra $$$ The service could be improved. A fairly cold greeting at check-in - no description of the amenities available onsite, no suggestions/recommendations on the local area, just took payment and handed over the keys. Nothing to get upset about, just no warmth... First impressions count. Despite paying a premium price (high season) for what was advertised as full daily servicing, we never once received anything for the 4 night stay. No clean towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, sheets, etc.. When this was mentioned we were told we had to request this and it was not their fault as they don't provide daily servicing. Not what is advertised. Despite these small things, its a wonderful place to stay :)

This place was breathtaking, it was close to the amenities and the owners were nice enough to leave the keys to our cabin because I was running late to check in! Loved it and will be going back.

Good value and a good location as can walk into town easily and the setting is superb

Beautiful cosy place to stay, perfectly located with a short walk into town and local cinemas, great eateries nearby, nice swimming pool. A Beautiful coastal town, a nice oasis, very relaxing no complaints! :-)
