Rooms and Kitchen were clean

Although our stay was comfortable, the room was very small. It was a bit annoying to have to go through 2 doors to get into our room from the hallway. We chose Aquarius as it was close to the hospital but I wouldn't stay here again. It might be different in the 1 bedroom apartments but the studio was very very small.

Great location, nice staff and great parking.

Accommodation is excellent, however on check in there is never anywhere to park whilst doing so. The "Visitor" spots are always full day and night so you try to find a park on the street and wander in.

Nice room

Always stay here when required. Its just so relaxing after a busy day to just sit and relax on the balcony with fantastic lake views and seeing the sunset, which by this time is behind you. Lake view rooms a spacious and clean. staff are super friendly and will do anything to make your stay perfect.

Had the studio and it was great for 2 people. Nice bathroom, spacious shower, and big bed. Provided with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and were provided with more when asked (including toilet paper, and towels!). also came with basic utensils (spoons, forks, knives) and appliances such as a kettle, toaster and microwave. Comes with bowls and plates too! Staff were very kind as well.

Tight parking spots for larger cars; thin curtains in lounge making it hard to watch TV at certain times of the day, nice hot shower but only luke warm water coming out of sink and basin taps; kitchen well appointed, bed comfortable, apartment spacious for longer stays, balcony a plus; easy walk to hospital main reason for stay, front office very informative and helpful

I didn’t like that when going into our room on arrival we found dirty rusty razor and a used dirty soap bar in bathroom when told about it they offered to tidy it up and reakon it was cleaned upon our arrival but the rusty razor says other wise

Convenient good clean motel style room

Clean room. Close to Sunshine Coast stadium. Lovely view.

I stayed with my sister and nephew for 2 nights over the school holidays. The complex is quite new, 7 yrs old. We had a large 2 bed 2 bath unit on level 1 with massive balcony. Balcony was very dusty and needed a good clean. The outdoor table and chairs needed cleaning. The bathrooms had mold on the metal parts. The inside of the front door had a lot of black dust in the frame. Right before the Broncos v Penrith game all the electricity went off suddenly. The female manager was still on site even though she said she was leaving in 5 minutes for the day, She called a man to come and turn it back on. Catastrophe averted. We watched the game! However, after the game, we went to have a shower but there was no hot water. We called and got through to the night manager and he said he couldn't get a sparky in until the morning but offered for us to shower in another unit when we returned from going out. We all had showers at 11 pm. The electrician came around the next morning when we were leaving and said that the hot water system had sparked out and that triggered the power outage. We were relieved there was no fire in the laundry (as there had been at our own building in Brisbane a week earlier set off by a dryer). We had been using the washing machine and dryer and that had set off the problem apparently. I asked to be compensated for one night for the inconvenience and was offered $50.
