정말 그냥 위치는 좋아요

바퀴벌레가 진짜 미친듯이 많아요. 다른건 다 그냥 무난무난한데 벌레가 진짜 돌았어요. 이틀동안 벌레 겁나 많이 봤음. 바퀴벌레 거의 10마리 넘게봄 후....비위약해서 죽는 줄 알았습니다. 재방문의사 없고요 공짜로 묵게햐준다해도 안갈거에요. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 서비스는 상냥하긴한데 방에 벌레 돌았나 토할뻔

교통이 편리한 워치와 저렴한 가격은 아주훌륭하나 와이파이가 유료는 좀~~~ 간단한 식사도 해먹을수 있음ᆢ2

첫날에 좀 추워서 옆침대 이불까지 쓰고 치우지 말아달라고 쪽지 남겼는데 extra 담요를 많이 줘서 따뜻하게 잘 잤고 평균 점수가 3.9인데 그것보단 훨씬 만족했습니다. 가격면에서도 그렇고 호텔 직원분들 서비스도 좋았습니다. 특히 호텔방안에서 요리할 수 있게 부엌이 있는게 좋았습니다.

The location was perfect as needed to access the train. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved :(

Arrow on SPENCER Melbourne CBD. I don't like giving bad reviews but I feel I have no choice. We choose this hotel due to it's location as we had to catch and early morning train. We arrived at the hotel at 440pm on a Sunday. Sign stating check in until 5pm so we were on time. The building was locked and we could not access reception. I called the after hours number on a piece of paper the wall and the gentleman from somewhere answered and stated that reception closed at 3pm. I would have to send him an email with a copy of my licence before they would give me the access. I told him I did not feel comfortable sending him my licence due to this age of fraud and he told me he could not check me in. I wanted to check in face to face so I was given the address of the Arrow on Swanston which was a 25 minute walk. We walked there and spoke to the gentleman who I showed my ID and then he gave us the codes to check in. Asked for our credit card and I went to scan it and he told me i couldn't do that as I was staying at another hotel and had to enter the bond into the computer. I was so tired from travelling that I just handed it over. I wanted this to be over. We walked back to the hotel entered and it was putrid. The elevators, the halls and the stains on the door made me feel sick. We entered and there were stains on the tiles, toilet unflushed, shower stains. Sheets were clean though. NEVER AGAIN will I stay here.

Staff are terrific. Joaquim is alway very helpful & remembers who I am as I have stayed there many times. My room was excellent & the location is very suitable.

We are 4 brothers in town for the Lions rugby tour. This place suited our needs, although is quite basic. One bedroom has an en-suite so the rest of us had to share one bathroom - and the upstairs room is served by a spiral staircase. Very basic comforts, couch and a full kitchen. There is a desk at the lobby that is attended during the day. We used the parking garage. Location is convenient to the Docklands area, Victoria Market and the trolley but we would have preferred to be closer to the CBD Overall, we were satisfied and the price was right.

Great service, convenient location with clean and tidy rooms. Bed was uncomfortable this visit and some furniture has exceeded its use by date. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

I needed to stay somewhere with short notice and whilst I was appreciative of obtaining a booking, I would never stay at Arrow Spencer Street again. Firstly, the confirmation email via booking agent I rcvd said the reception was open till late at night. Upon arrival there was a sign stating reception closed at 5pm. I contacted the listed number and ultimately (after much to-ing and fro-ing) check in was completed. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the person I spoke with said the website stated they closed at 5pm. I checked Arrow Spencer Street and it did not state this, so far as I could see. The room itself was appalling. Marks and grime all over the place. The window was utterly filthy. The wardrobe door was askew. The only seating was a cheap and nasty plastic setting and one of the chairs was wobbly. The bathroom was an utter disaster. The toilet cistern made a hideous noise for most of the night. The bathroom vanity was in an appalling state. The shower door was very difficult to maneuver and given that it was glass this was quite unsafe. The shower did not drain and within several minutes of the shower being on it turned into a foot bath and leaked on the floor. The only positive was the bed and which was quite comfortable. Overall I would rate the property at between a 1 and 2. Arrow really should have paid me to stay at the property rather than me paying a fee. It was quite simply one of the worst properties I had ever stayed in. I will never return.

A huge apartment with 7x single and 1x double beds, 2 bathrooms and a huge rooftop terrace. Clean but a little tired but for the price it’s a great option to accommodate a group.

Maybe I didn’t see the information about how to find the hotel. I had to ask a hotel close by where to find it. Outside facade says Harbourview. Location is great. Trams really close by, not to mention Marvel stadium is walking distance.

Arrived at property and was told my booking had been moved to another property (Arrows on Swanston). When I got to the other property I had to wait 2 hours for a room which although looked clean the carpets were filthy and had an odour.
