Our hotel room was difficult to unlock because you have to lift the handle up rather than push down. A simple label on the door would have meant we didn't need to call the out of hours number. Otherwise, we have stayed three times now and have no complaints. Basic but clean

Property has big car park and located for each room so I don't have to worry finding another spot if coming back late at night. The bathroom did not have any hooks to hang when showering so we had to bring the chair into the bathroom and either the wardrobe did not have any clothes hanger otherwise it would be a good place to stay when recommend to family and friends.

We had no tv reception on 1 channel that we coukd watch, there were no shelfs in fridge or fridge door, plus no crisper . The crisper lid was the only place in the fridge we could put anything. Hot water was just warm.

Good location. Close to shops. Friendly staff. Spacious cabins.

Clean and affordable very comfortable. Happily stay here again.

Customer service was great. Very accomodating and let us check in earlier than our booking time. No problems. Neighbors were friendly as well. Family environment.Would reccomend it to anyone.

We had a pleasant experience staying with them, although bit noisy from Hume Highway but it was not a big deal. We arrived around 1:30 pm but found a note sticking on the door that the reception would open at 2:15pm , so it was 45 minuets waiting for us but didn’t get worm welcome from the old lady at the reception, she was bit rude to me. The room was not ready at that time and we had to wait another 15 minuets. The villa we rented was clean , spacious enough for us ( 2 adult & 2 kids ) , air conned and had everything we needed. Liked the villa and surrounding area, very close to shops and fast food restaurants. Recommend.

Nice clean and tidy rooms . Only problem was the hoons racing up and down the highway next to rooms but this wasn't the motels fault . Was very convenient to where we wanted to go and shopping centre a short walk away . Would stay here again

TV did not work in first room , so we were moved to another room. Everything was excellent, except that there was no WiFi, which I needed, & was surprised that there was no breakfast available. The receptionist was excellent & very pleasant to deal with.

We had initially thought it was a cabin and found out we were in a hotel room with warn holes in the carpet, curtain and rails falling down, cupboard doors falling off. Yuck yuck

People where very nice room clean, but not comfortable with hard seats, so we as I on the bed to watch tv. Little kitchenette, great water pressure in the shower, no daily make up service. We got clean towels only once in 7 days, and made bed 1 in 7 days. Enjoyed coffee, refer and micro wave in room. Very far from town and not near train station, but close enough to walk to a mall, McDonalds and domino pizza.

Miscommunicatiob between Hotels.com & hotel, and therefore I got a letter from hotel that I supposed to check out on 28Oct. Anyway, after that contacted hotel and forwarded them email for my booking comfirmation email from hotels.com, hopefully everything alright now.

Recently renovated and updated motel room. Very functional kitchenette with microwave and fridge.
