Great place great location

An amazing place. Stayed for 2 nights in complete comfort and serenity.

We loved everything about our weekend away at Bali in the Bay! The whole apartment was spotless when we arrived. There was yummy wine and beer on arrival and we couldn't stop admiring all the small, intricate details in the woodwork and furnishings. The Joglo room is an exceptional addition to an already exceptional property. You must explore the room at night time with no lights on, you'll get a wonderful surprise. We're already booking our return visit. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Grant & Jenni for a weekend we won't forget.

Bali in the bay is close to the beach and to the town centre shops. Bali in the bay offers a spacious, comfy, relaxing and luxurious place to stay.

Secluded enough away from the hustle bustle of town, but close enough to walk or ride to all the activity valuable in Shoal bay. Lots of various bits of info including things to see and do available for Port Stephens and surrounds. Kitchen well supplied with cooking facilities if required and adequate coffee and amenities. Loved the Champagne and bintang in the fridge and muesli for the first morning!

We enjoyed our short stay at Bali at the Bay. The owners go the extra mile to ensure their guests comfort including complimentary drinks in the fridge and breakfast items provided. Unfortunately, we did not have great weather whilst we were there and found it a bit dark, but this may be a positive if the sun is blazing outside! Also, as a family of 4 we would have appreciated a little more surface storage for our personal items in Bathroom and Bedrooms. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at "Bali at the Bay". The Nirwana apartment was immaculate and the perfect choice for a romantic stay. Loved all the small details from the incense, to the bath robes, candles and the Balinese decorations. Jenni the host was so welcoming at check in. Would highly recommend to all. We will definitely be back!

Very relaxing stay at the beautifully furnished apartment. Particularly enjoyed the large spa bath. Recommended.

This is a beautifuly presented 2 br apartment in a great location. 2 min walk to the beach, cool inside on a 40 degree C day!! Bed was great, pod coffee, a bottle of champagne on arrival. We'd certainly return!! Also tried the hot n cold seafood platter from one of their recommended restaurants - would feed 4 and was superb!

We stayed at the Nirwana apartment (upstairs) and it was beautiful and so relaxing! There's a gorgeous beach at the end of the street (only a 2min walk!) Bali at the bay is also closely located to the main shops and marina (about 2km) and we comfortably walked there several times. The apartment is beautiful and reminded me of Bali. The hosts Grant and Jenni were great and allowed us a late check-out which was awesome! There's a beautiful spa too! The whole atmosphere of Bali at the bay is serenity and you don't want to leave! Highly recommend and will definetly be back!

Stayed 3 nights with wife and 11 month old son. Awesome place to stay, owners are very friendly and accomadating, close walk to beach, all fixings are premium! Comfy beds, Netflix on tv, good wifi, a very positive experience!!!

Bali at the Bay was a little slice of Heaven that was so relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was neat and tidy with additional extras that are not in most other retreats. For example, flowers and candles in every room, a two person spa, separate bedrooms, a good fitted out kitchen, several verandahs to either lay around or sit and take in the surroundings and a two minute walk to the beach etc. It was a self contained unit that was well fitted out in a Balinese theme, so it felt like a Bali retreat right here in our own back yard. The atmosphere was peaceful and calming, so it was a wonderful retreat to get away and relax. Plus there was so much to do close by - if you wanted to venture out. I would certainly recommend it to anyone and I will certainly be back again.

The ambience was wonderful and the cooking facilities superb. Nothing could be faulted except that we had the downstairs unit and had a bit of trouble with noise from above.

Super place... All it needs is a little splunge pool and make the window in the bathroom an out door shower...

We went there for a wedding anniversary, and literally just relaxed! The entire house has been built around genuine Balinese timbers and artifacts, which really adds to the relaxing ambiance. There are the usual facilities: kitchen, air con, huge bathroom, etc, as well as an outside barbeque.

Wonderful expereince in a gorgeous house with superb Bai style decor compelmented by the leafy setting opposite bushland with native birds and 2 minute walk to Shoal Bay beach.

Despite the weather, we had an awesome weekend away. We were able to go on walks, explore the surrounding area by car, enjoy the food and the views and just relax in comfortable, serene surroundings.
