Booked two studios for us and friends on a catch up weekend. Apartments were clean, access easy and communication from management freindly. Beds comfy and rooms clean. Pub 'Seymours' on the corner just up from apartments was about as far as we ventured after a lakeside concert, for a late dinner, and then again for breakfast. City centre a short stroll away. Would definately stay again without hesitation.

Close to the railway station and cbd. Quiet, safe, homely.
We had noisy guests on the first night and that was painful but they left by the second night and we had a great sleep in beautiful surroundings.
Will stay in the apartments whenever we need to be in Ballarat.

Great studio apartment very convenient to the town so can walk to the galleries and shops. Close to the station but a quiet area. There's a car park as well and the spa bath was a bonus.

We were thrilled with this beautiful suite. There was ample room and facilities to boot. The cleanliness was outstanding. The spa was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette has the facilities to cook a roast. We will be back and recommend this accommodation to everyone. The closeness to the hub of Ballarat was wonderful. We parked and walked everywhere. Thank you

Delightful old building, elegantly refurbished. Loved the bathroom, but would love to see the kitchen stove modernised. Parking was a bit challenging, but doable from the street. No on-site staff, but gentleman who answered our phone call was professional and helpful.
I'd consider staying there if I return to Ballarat.
