All of the above Excellent supply of pillows, towels, crockery, cutlery, kitchenette, consumables. Fabulous location. Lovely setting. Very quiet. Comfy beds.

Clean room, great location

The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. A small shower and toilet were separated from the vanity/sink by a door, which meant you cant use the toilet if someone else was showering. There isn't an extractor fan in this room and it felt quite hot and stuffy.The room had a table and chairs, coffee, tea and fresh milk was provided. A microwave and kettle were useful additions. The air-conditioning works well, but cant be left on when you go out, so the room heats up while you are out. It was a little noisy, directly facing the bed, and kept me awake even on the "sleep" setting which is slightly less noisy. The bed was very comfortable. The decor is dated but in good condition. Some of the wildlife is a little adventurous and maye invite themselves in. We were visited by a friendly Butcher bird who flew in the open door to say hello.

The room was clean and comfortable. An oldie but still providing good accommodation.

Staff lovely, free bikes, walk to lake, beach and cafes. Room was great bar fridge good size. Only thing is the pool is very old and the bottom coming away needs resurfacing. Day bed in pool area were good and still nice to have a swim.

Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. The grounds were lovely with lots of areas for us to get together with friends and family.

Beautiful little garden. Only 2 min walk from the beach and coastal walk, which are amazing for Biking , Running or walking.

Nice and quiet . Great area near the beach . No food or beverages available on site. Needs restaurant to reopen.

Lovely stay in our family room. Spacious and modern. Would have loved to stay an extra few days to explore.

Really lovely property for a short stay close to the beach on the east side of Ballina CBD. Rooms were large, modern and lean as were the resort grounds. We could easily do an extended stay at this resort

I absolutely loved staying here! The ambiance of the pool and garden along with the sounds of the kookaburras each morning was such a beautiful way to wake up. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and helped me with any and all needs. The rooms were spacious and well laid out and made me feel like I had a safe and relaxing space. 10/10 will be coming back here as soon as we can! :)

Lovely central accommodations

Stay ok, Luke warm hot water, needs black out blinds. Regular visitor, more options available in Grafton.

Stayed in Aug 25. Had a wonderful time. Exactly how a resort should be set up. Only disappointed they didn't do breakfast.
