Room was super clean, and breakfast was delicious!

A quiet comfortable stay at a great price. Free breakfast, which was delivered to the room, had great choices . Great shower. Information folder was handy. Coffee shop attached to motel. Bowling club is nearby as are other eating establishment. Friendly and obliging staff.

Excellent location, close to surrounding attractions. Convenient parking, friendly landlord, smooth check-in. Breakfast is optional, highly recommended.

It was a nice room.It was in a quiet area.The beach was walking distance.The bowling club was walking distance and had good food.Overall nice place to stay.

This boutique Motel not only met our expectations but exceeded them. The room was perfect for our needs and enabled my wife and I to enjoy a short holiday away. We also would like to thank the property Managers,Mary Ann & Hosay who were super friendly and made us feel like part of the family. Thank you also for our breakfast each morning which we appreciated … this was a bonus for us. Highly recommend…loved our stay!

Clean and quiet at night. Loved the breakfast int he morning, looked forward to it everyday ❤️ Aircon and fridge available in the rooms. Beds are super comfortable.

Across the street from the beach. Biggest surprise was a full hot breakfast included. I had salmon eggs Benedict and my husband had scrambled eggs, ham and toast. It was an older motel but recently remodeled.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The breakfast options were phenomenal, wish I corks have eaten all 3 meals if the day in their cafe. Walk across the road to the beach. Without a doubt we'll be back

I absolutely loved the BREAKFAST and that it was included in the overall price! Hands down, one of the best cafe's on the Central Coast. The rooms were super clean and the staff were friendly. Great location on the beach and lots to do walking and hiking up to Crackneck etc. I didn't get a chance to jump in the pool with the poor weather, but it looked amazing. I will definitely be back and I recommend this place to anyone else looking for a night away in Bateau Bay!

The property location is great, walking distance to the beach. Wifi and foxtel is included which was a nice touch for the kids. The daily hot breakfast delivered to our room was awesome! The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Parking is easy and convenient onsite and on the street. Only thing missing is a microwave but not a big thing will definately stay there again.

We have stayed here before. Love this place. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Super comfortable beds. Opposite the beach and walking distance to the surf club for dinner. Amazing full hot breakfast included.
