Great location with amazing views. Unfortunately floors were dirty on arrival. Bathroom floor was disgusting. Shower leaks onto the bathroom floor, bed move’s because it’s on wheels and fridge freezes food.

Wyndham Resort is very close to everything. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants/cafes. Short drive to major attractions in the Surf Coast. Though rooms need some updating and minor maintenance we totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Overall Okay.. Good location right on the waterfront with a great outdoor resort style pool, approx 15min walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. Apartment itself needs a little TLC.

It needs full size mirror there was no full size mirror

Honestly , I was not very pleased to stay at this property. The deluxe queen room was dark .. due to some ceiling light was not working .. so as the toilet some light was not working.. I had unpleasant experience during breakfast time.. they lost my order and Made me wait more than an hour and didn’t informed me that my breakfast order was lost ..

Did not like having to collect and return key to another property.

We arrived and booked for two adults and two kids. There was no sheets or quilt covers for the sofa bed. It took 3 different phone numbers to get help as ‘ it wasn’t really classified as an emergency’. Took over hour and half to receive any sheets which they didn’t have a double cover so had to use two seperate covers on a double. Kept falling off the kids all night. For a penthouse it is outdated furniture which is very well used, main bed is tiny not a true queen and is extremely uncomfortable. Furniture could be updated and also the tv. $700 for two nights not worth it. Didn’t stay last night drove home for comfortable beds. Really disappointing!

Close to the beach, cafes,shopping

The use of the indoor and outdoor pools was great. Friendly staff.

Key/scanning card did not work

Nice position In town. Nice environment outside in the complex. Unit a bit run down and carpet could do with a clean. But the unit did all that was needed for our trip and easy parking

The management is offsite. We didn’t have to call management for anything so I cannot comment of their services. Picking up and dropping off the keys was easy enough. The pool was very nice. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfy.

Room was clean and very comfy with all that we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly and pleasant

Sea view

Took a lot of navigating to find my room at the beginning. But it was worth it when I did. Big list of must do’s or face extra charges, some of which were quite extreme (in my opinion). Loved hearing the beach from my balcony though.

we enjoyed the tranquillity for our first weekend getaway in over 24 years. very well equipped with quality appliances. We fell in love with this place, it will always be in our heart!

There are too many additional and confusing steps that happen off Expedia, instead having to correspond with surf coast rentals. The property itself was ok, though there were sticky handprints on one of the chairs, chips underneath the sofa bed and the only cleaning product supplied was dishwasher and laundry powder. The kids loved the pool and the room was relatively quiet.
