보몬트 큐

생각했던 것 보다는 방이 아담했는데, 청결도는 좋았습니다. 단지 방 위치가 입구여서 사람들 왔다갔다 하는 소리며 밑에가 바로 주차장어서 이른 아침부터 소음들이 좀 심해서 잠을 제대로 잘 수가 없었어요. 근데 입구 방만 아니면 컨디션은 좋은 편이었을 것 같아요. 그리고 1층에 창이 있으니깐 열어놓으면 지나가는 사람들이 다 볼수 있어서 커텐도 계속 쳐놨어야 했고요. 혹시 방 예약하실 때 1층 입구방만 피하시면 완벽하실 것 같아요.

Clean room and free parking

Parking was easy, staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and bed comfortable.

So so bad. I don’t know what the photos are of on the listing but the room does not match. It was terrible - holes in walls, in roof, stains everywhere, grease/mould in the bathroom and on light switches, shower scum on floors, exposed wiring, broken door handles, broken room door lock, they even had sheets covering the lobby furniture (I assume because of stains- I didn’t want to touch it). After 6pm all the lights in the halls and lobby were also off except for emergency lighting so it gave a creepy vibe. The only positive things I can say is that the night check in staff was lovely and the linens were passable. Absolutely awful, how this hotel passed inspection I will never know

Room was poky and unfortunately quite dirty. Stained carpet, unpatched walls, bed was not very comfy, very noisy street interrupted sleep. Tv remote didn’t work so couldn’t watch the footy through hdmi. Bathroom was modern.

You get free parking which was a drawcard. The staff were friendly. But the room was a bit of a mixed bag with some mould spots on the bathroom ceiling and some of furniture wasn't in good condition. The bed was too uncomfortable so we only stayed one night out of three.

Good value price free parking

Off street parking, feel safe as an plder single lady. Great updated bathroom.

Cleanliness

Quality of beds are poor - very soft mattresses. Overall clean, except one of the towels was quite smelly.

The room was clean, shower pressure and water temperature was great and parking was good, however the following was below standard: Tv didn’t have access to many free to air channels Queen bed had two single mattresses next to each other The heater wasn’t heating properly The freezer section of the fridge was defective

Great Loacation and stay

Great hotel room for price. Free parking. Easy to communicate with staff.

Nothing at all like the photos. Quite grubby and smelled of cigarette smoke. Whole room filled up with steam when we had a shower. Looks like lots of residents are long term. Would not stay again.

I needed to stay near family in Hawthorn so location excellent. Great shops up the road too Not to mention price. Great value

Easy communication, gave me an upgraded room, worth the price.

Filthy

Basic accommodation but served its purpose with our being out for most of the day/evening. The bathroom appeared to have been refurbished but the towel rail had become dislodged. The rooms are spacious if a little tired and the window frames were extremely dirty but otherwise the room was clean.
