The room was fine. Not in a good area, felt unsafe. Rang first to see if parking for boat and told yes when there wasnt secure parking. Staff were good but looked like permanent residents also there.

Bed was very uncomfortable did not sleep

Property was OK but staff were not present at all. Reception was meant to be open 9-4.30pm but no-one was there at all. To speak to staff you had to make phone calls. The pool, 6 guys came in straight from work after working with concrete, dropped their gear and just jumped into the pool in their underwear filthy, were noisy, doing bombs and when they finally got out the water they left a film over the surface of the water and i refused to use the pool. There is signage everywhere but as no staff are on site rules were not followed.

Room was ok but the bathroom was worse I literally about to hurt myself bathroom sliding door came off shower wasn't really good also TV doesn't have Netflix not even YouTube, coffee cups were dirty only sleep was good

I dont know where to begin with this review. It is the absolute worst accommodation i have ever experienced. We could not use toilet as the tap on the wall was leaking and it overflowed constantly. . There was a rodent trap in the kitchen. Blutack on the wall to hold the curtains back. Loose tiles which fell off and injured my grandson. Dead flies on the filthy window sill. The swings in the so called playground area were rusted and dangerous and my grandson was lucky not to fall off the slide. Honestly, I dont know how a business could operate in this condition. The traffic noise at night was also very bad, very loud but probably nothing compared to the condition of the room. The room number was 7 and we also had no.10. They were supposed to be family rooms but I would never take children there again. I booked and paid for these rooms well in advance and it was absolutely disgusting. Water flooded the bathroom which meant we had to turn the wall tap off completely. We told the manager and he said he knew and would get a plumber next week. I have taken photos and i did inform the manager i would be writing this review. So disappointing and embarassing to have my family stay in such a mess. I feel I must have been given a last minute room not usually utilised as i cannot see any reason for the condition. It has been graded as 3 stars, I cannot give it 1 star. If I myself could not stay at this hotel again I cannot recommend to others.

Half the lights did not work. One towel for three of us. Shower not useable. Water went everywhere, and impossible to shower under .

Clean room.

It's a nice, straightforward motor inn and motel. The rooms are large though a little noisy in terms of generic ambient sounds (water in the pipes, etc) but if you're not a light sleeper, it's good value for the price. Well situated.

The room is spacious and clean. Check in and check out is easy, and the price is good.

The shower head did not work

We have stayed here before and it is easy to get to and off the road and has a kitchenette to get snacks or breakfast organised and is reasonably priced.

Good - forgot the milk in the fridge!
