Travelled with partner and 8-year-old. Great location, walking distance to town. Cabin was great, plenty of friends made for my son who was out on his bike and playing everyday.

Comfortable accommodation very clean friendly staff

Everything was clean, it looked like it had just been renovated as it looked so new.

It a a clean neat family camping facility. Other than a barking dog for hours. All good

Cabin was cosy and great area for bike riding.

Great family staff with plenty of activities for the kids.

Great Motel Room

We had our own individual cabin that was clean and roomie. There was a well appointed kitchette and a small fridge with freezer. The grounds were neag and tidy and check in was fast.

Kids loved it

We arrived later yesterday afternoon just before the information service closed before 5:30pm with wind up speed and raining in. The room size is ok as what we expected in a caravan park. But smell of fishes of our cabin are stinking. Can’t believe the cleaners haven’t notice it’s horrible smells and reported to their managers. Complained to the receptionist this morning. She said because previous guests put their fishes in the fridge. It means at least the receptionist knew the condition very well but still put us into this cabin even half of their cabins are empty. So disappointed to this BIG4 park in Port Fairy this time.

Very enjoyable stay - clean and spacious accommodation, and a good range of facilities to entertain the kids.

Very spacious cabin with everything to make our stay welcoming & comfortable. Very family friendly park, the indoor heated pool and giant trampoline was a big hit with the kids! Very easy walk to the town centre.

Staff were friendly. Facilities and rooms are a bit older than other Big4 parks. Needed to check more carefully before booking as we probably would not have booked had we realised what we were actually getting. Bathroom was old and smelly.

The room was clean and of a good size but i felt I was part of the office as the room was located next door. Next time i need to look closer at the accommodation I am booking when it comes to Big Four. The location was rather uninspiring for such a beautiful town like Prt Fairy.

The motel room I was in was lovely - spacious, well appointed with everything in excellent condition.

Quiet and convenient.

Very impressed with this Big 4 caravan park. Excellent activities for kids. Motel room was great for a 2 night stay. Was clean and well presented. Staff helpful and friendly.
