Rooms were lovely. Staff were helpful. Convenient with pub and shops underneath. Parking was 2.3m which was plenty for my 4x4. Overall good stay. Will happily stay again.

Lovely clean spotless room. Staff friendly, free easy parking. Sadly we didn’t get the twin beds we asked for but other than that, all fine.

Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There was even broken glass on the floor. And could not access the balcony as door was locked and did not have key. It was unfortunate that there is no onsite desk or number to call. Though the room was nice and modern The hotel attached is excellent and the location is perfect.

Room is modern and spacious with good a/c. Undercover Parking is available for each room. Bed was okay but a bit hard on the back. Terrible service though. Room was poorly made up after the first night and no extra ammenities were left to cover Christmas day, when they were closed. We were left with no toilet paper, tissues, coffee, milk, body wash etc all the things you would expect in a basic hotel room.

We were very impressed with our luxurious clean suite that awaited us on arrival. Perfect generous size room for an overnight stay located in close proximity to an event we attended. Check in and checkout was very easy. Thank You ☺️

The balcony overlooked a roof - the view from afar was pretty, but could not go past the view of the roof

My partner and I stayed here over the weekend and had a lovely experience. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the instructions for parking and collecting the key were clear and easy to follow. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family, we had to cut our stay short. The staff were incredibly understanding and made the process of checking out early simple and stress-free, which we truly appreciated during a difficult time. Although our visit was shorter than planned, we were very impressed by the comfort, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Had no ideas on how the tag for the lift worked & had to get assistance from bistro staff. Once we knew we started to enjoy our stay. Room was lovely.

The room i was promised as per description was supposed to have view of mountains. But i had just fellow neighbours house. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on due to the partition btw 2. There was no slippers or extra bin bags in the room. As well as no housekeeping.

The location and amenities really suited the purpose of our visit. Great restaurant at the hotel downstairs.

Found tobacco and a white powder substance on bed side table. Shower was not clean loads of soap scum everywhere

Room was great, facilities were great. Just no TV remote which was a bit annoying. They did refund $30 because of it however
