만족하였으나 시내에서거리가멀어 차없는사람들은한시간이나시내로나가고들어와야함

the worst accomodation ever had. receiption is closed after 6pm then all resort is out of control. no one is available to take any service. when you need any help and call them, they will tell you only this "I can not help you before 8am"

Blue Lagoon did not inform that I would be charged for 2 people on airport transfer despite being a solo traveller. Some confusion with staff

Staff friendly and helpful, lovely clean accommodation, I felt safe and everything I needed was in walking distance.

I loved the services and the friendly staff.

Amazing setup only 3mins to the beach and bus service to Cairns. Very quiet and beautiful tropical setup. No crocodiles spotted in the pool area!

Got what we paid for. Cheapest option with limited wow factor. Dated property … wish we’d got a suite and somewhere away from the pool (noise).

My Brother and I liked everything,the staff were more then happy to spend time with us to organise trips and outings even so it took twice as long,because my Brother does not speak English.Stacey and Joelyn were so lovely and helpful in any way.Thank you very much!I like to come back soon,if I can.The appartement was very clean and also a big thank you to the Room attentants who informed the Reception as soon as possible about the Credit card wallet and the medicen bag which was left behind by us,so a friend was able to pick it up from the Reseption desk.Thank you Lili Strub and Heinz Lobsiger

Stayed late August and it was a very quiet Resort. Easy walking to Bars and Restaurants down the road. King size bed was good and confortable.

An excellent place to stay. A really nice modern resort with 2 heated pools. Some nice restaurants very close and a short walk to a beautiful beach with a lifeguard patrolled area for swimming.

The property location was fantastic, Had trouble with other guests smoking and couldn't enjoy tje balancoy, also thought our room had a stand alone shower not over the bath, very awkward to get in and.out if. Also thoyght had a lift

Awesome property. Super clean. Would have been nice if paper towel and more than 2 toilet paper. Internet also barely worked but other than that the place was great.

Wir hatten in unserem Urlaub einige Unterkünfte und konnten daher die Einrichtung gut vergleichen. Man denkt eigentlich es fehlt an Nichts aber einige Ferienwohnungen bieten bspw. kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie Alufolie (um den Backofen zu schützen), Gewürze (Salz, Pfeffer) und eine Nespresso Maschine. Das gab es hier leider nicht aber trotzdem war es eine sehr saubere und schönere Wohnung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist ein Highlight und wirklich schön. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt.

Very tired and worn facilities, needs a good make over and upgrade. Paint chips, blinds were dodgy, some kind of stain on the bed throw (why have these in the first place). Single beds were sagging. Confusing where to park, where to put your rubbish etc Nice enough for a quick weekend catch up with friends but don’t expect much ‘resort’
