Good unit , clean close to beach Lots of noise from construction though can’t blame the building for that . I’d recommend staying away from the construction zones as only negative feedback

Great apartment in a great area, easy to find with not bad view and friendly staff at reception. Our apartment had everything we needed and included a car space. Only downside was access to the carpark was a bit tight, so wouldnt be great for large vehicles like a ranger Would highly recommend

The overall experience fell well below acceptable standards, and we only stayed one night after booking for 3 because the apartment was unliveable. Upon arrival, we were advised that the pillowcases were “not ready” and they were not placed on the pillows until approximately 45 minutes after check-in. This immediately raised concerns about housekeeping standards. More significantly, the sliding balcony doors in the lounge room did not lock properly. This presents a genuine safety issue, particularly in a high-density coastal area such as Burleigh where security should be a priority for guests. The listing also advertises sound-proof rooms. Despite this, we were kept awake throughout the night due to extremely loud construction noise below the building. The level and duration of the noise made it impossible to rest and significantly impacted our stay. In addition, the apartment was not clean upon arrival: - All dishes and pans were visibly dirty. - Cutlery required washing before use. - The shower had not been properly cleaned. - The dishwasher emitted a strong odour that spread throughout the apartment when opened. - Roller blinds in the lounge room were not functioning. - The bedroom television had no working volume. - The bed did not have a proper duvet, only a thin sheet and a throw blanket from the cupboard. When we checked out early - the reception staff were not surprised.

The apartment could have been cleaned better. The shower needs a good clean. It was located in a good position and the staff were friendly

Apartment was clean throughout. I only made use of the refrigerator which was clean, but had a slight smell to it. The kitchen was always clean and appeared to have lots of equipment to use. The balcony had a good view from the side angle but no partial view to be seen from the bed. Good A/C. Some stains noted on the decorative pillows and runner on the bed and only a sheet provided as covers. 347 Road work outside including overnight so a bit noisy but you get used to it. Two closest bus station are closed until april making public transport links direct to the building slightly more inconvenient. Great location to beach, national park, restaurants and shops. Great facilities including 24/7 gym with a range of equipment. Lovely front of house staff.

Our stay at the Boardwalk was good - it is the perfect location with friendly, helpful staff The apartment itself works well however it would benefit from some general maintenance (e.g. shower heads, washing machine) but overall it was ok.

The apartment has a side view of the beach which was adequate. There was no tea towel, dish cloth.dishwasher soap . Second bedroom was locked. Have stayed in 2bedrrom apartments before and used the bed for our suitcases this was clearly not allowed .

If you wanna a great Beach view and be close to restaurants, this apt is a great option. Comfy and the kitchen has a few appliances, to make a meal, for example. A coffee machine could be a perfect addition, we missed it. We loved our stay here, and highly recommend it.

Clean spacious apartment and great ocean views. Close to shops and cafes.Only negative is the roadwork noise sometimes at night.And trying to get around in a car was a bit chaotic due to roadworks.

Such an amazing place to stay! The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. The location is in the heart of Burleigh and a stones throw from the most beautiful beach.

The apartment was well set out, clean and had I will appointed kitchen and laundry. It has good sized towels and toiletries. It also had a king size bed which went out onto a balcony. It’s across the road from the beach and in walking distance to lots of restaurants and public transport. We love staying here at the Boardwalk .

Great apartment in Burleigh Heads. View was incredible and apartment was perfect for two nights with kids. We would come back!

The apartment needs to be cleaned. It was very dusty throughout the whole property with previous tenants rubbish in cupboards. No blankets and bedding tired and needs replacing. We paid premium prices for an apartment that needs cleaning and upgrading of bedding.

Be warned. Property advertises "Ocean Views" with beautiful ocean view images. This was the deciding factor in booking this property. Upon arrival there were no ocean views just city views. Reception stated there were NO ocean views for hire and stating that it was just unfortunate as it was not their fault the property was advertised as "Ocean Views". Property refused refund or any compensation.

Boardwalk was so conveniently located. Walking distance to everything.

Property is great , we enjoyed our quick stay. Proximity to beach and facilities is great. But work around the building didn’t bother us but is noisy.
