Apartment was clean bright & spacious, Staff were so helpful even when I called after hours, Linda was so lovely. Amenities were great beautiful pool & spa.Close to shopping centre & Secure parking Highly recommend.

Stayed for a total of 18 nights visiting family nearby. Location was excellent for local amenities, apartment is spacious, two good bedrooms. Good layout, well equipped and easy to use kitchen. Communication with Lesley and other staff was very good. Would not hesitate to stay again. Used the pool a couple of times which our grandchidren thoroughly enjoyed.

Very Clean and well maintained property.

Communication was excellent. Due to a medical appointment we appreciated an early check in. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was well appointed with a full kitchen and outside seating area. The coffee shop outside the Boulevard provided great options for breakfast, lunch and sweet treats. Katsuco Japanese restaurant was only a 2 minute walk from the Boulevard. Westfield North Lakes was a 5-10 minute walk. A great location for short or long term stays.

Property was spacious, well set out and clean. Unfortunately the only airconditioner was in the living area and didn't quite reach the bedrooms. Also had a large puddle under it every day. Fob for carpark wasn't working but enough visitors parks to use.

The unit was perfect for a family of 4, including two small children. It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room to make yourself at home. The only downside is that the couch is terribly uncomfortable to sit and relax on. Location was amazing, everything you could ever need within walking distance! 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

This property had everything we were looking for. Close to the venue we needed to be at, close to shops. We had an urgent request and the owner was very accommodating. Will definitely recommend to our friends & family. We will also book this again.

Stayed for a few nights after arriving from the Uk. Communication with Linda was excellent, even letting us know that apartment was ready earlier than anticipated. Clean, comfortable and a good location. Would stay again.

A beautiful place to have stayed at for our first trip to Australia. Excellent service upon arrival- we arrived in the weekend and the instructions and welcome info we received was is ‘spot on’ 😊, awesome service when we left. An awesome apartment, clean n tidy, easy access, safe as. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boulevard North Lakes. We definitely hope to return there on our next trek to Australia. Linda and Bernie, the property managers, were EXCELLENT! So committed to their job and definitely wanting the best for their guests. Communication with them before and during our stay was superb. The apartment was beautiful. Very modern, comfortable and exactly as the photos depicted. There was a very minor cleanliness detail in the shower (some hidden, trapped hair) and the Linda said she'd address it immediately. Her wonderful attitude and excellent customer service was SO impressive and much appreciated. The sole aspect that detracted from my otherwise perfect stay was that my bedroom was very light in the morning. There were only white plantation blinds on the windows so I was awake from sunrise (which was not ideal while on holiday). Thank you to Linda and Bernie for a fantastic stay at an excellent property!
