From the friendly greeting at reception, to opening the door to a clean, well laid out room - I couldn't ask for anything more. It may not be the flashiest place to stay, but it's definitely not trashy. The bed was comfortable, parking is good, my room was quiet. Bonus was getting greeted by the cutest puppy ever :)

Safe, clean neighborhood, bus stop nearby. I was impressed by the furnishings. In the units a very comfortable bed, I really enjoyed my stay. Very nice and helpful staff.

We loved our stay! The staff were very wonderful to talk to and the facilities were nice. The pools due for some maintenance but we still enjoyed it and would love to come back.

The aluminium windows had neat and like new fly screens and the small table a small couch and beds were a interesting layout for moving around to different aspects of the room, having a hot drink or reading by lamps in the executive room.

The unit was clean and the free access to the laundry facilities was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This is probably the fifth or sixth time we have stayed here. The lady who runs it is really lovely and helpful. You are always greeted with a smile. We always stay in the family room and it is always clean and set up with plenty of room. We love this place for the convenience of where it is located. Parking is easy and it is very quiet, especially for being in a built-up area. I also find it to be very affordable.

Everything about the box hill motel is just perfect we will definitely be back again. Thank you for the lovely service
