I've never been informed and seen about late check out fee but the employee charged it so I told her you should have informed me when I check in. she said they wrote the regulations in the paper which I didn't have chance to look read because she just told me to sign down the paper. and she also said it's too obvious to inform $30 fee. Are you kidding me? Not everyone does. and the funniest thing is, she charged $30 but I found the hidden small regulation in the hotel on hotels.com web page that they charge $25 for late check out fee. I regret that I didn't report her to hotel on overcharge and her attitude.

비즈니스 호텔느낌이 강함. 깔끔하고 군더더기 없음. 다만 11시까지 퇴실인데 청소하시는 분이 10시 반부터 문을 두들김. 큰일 난 줄 알고 깜짝놀라 문을 열었었는데 당황스러웠다. 그리고 수압이 조금 약함. 두가지 빼곤 완전 만족스러웠습니다. 근처에 가볍게 둘러볼 곳도 많고 청결하고 조용함.

It was meh... the front staff wasn’t too nice. No elevator.. we had two very heavy lugguage and the room smelled kinda bad as well... meh...

Great location for our rewuirements

In my room there's an unrepaired hole in the wall. The phone didn't work, the fridge was warm, no closet, no control of room temp and it was cold. The bed is on rollers and you can't get in it without it rolling away from the wall. Corners for room were filled with dust and dirt. The carpets in the corridors were dirty and stained, many stains.

The hotel was conveniently located for a festival we attended in Sydney. The staff was friendly and greeted us accordingly. The room is just big enough for two, so if the plan is to be out most of the time it will accommodate you.

Staff are lovely but the amenities very basic. Mould visible in shower and part of ceiling dislodged.

My new fave place to stay for any medical/RPA visits. Clean, quiet room with an above average bed. Good hot water and love the Ink and Water toiletries. So close to buses and across the road from inner city park and bustle. Plenty of dining and entertainment with Broadway shopping centre. Friendly staff at front desk, happy to see me and store my bag for a few hours. My only suggestion is having a rubbish bin in the room and not just a bathroom bin. Thanks, I’ll def be back 😁

Convenient to Sydney University. Basic accommodation.Staff were helpful.

The property is super convenient to the facilities nearby eg university, theatre and shopping.

カードキーが反応しない、部屋の冷房が寒く調整がきかない、ベッドのキャスターのストッパーがなく動く、ベッド下にかなりのホコリがある、夜10時過ぎに帰るとカードキーのロックが解除できなかった、 入れず困っていたらたまたま中から人きて開けてくれて助かった。色々不満が重なった
