I was very concerned about not being able to book in at a reception but Philip and Sveta were on the ball and in contact the whole time. We had a minor issue with our room and Philip came straight over to sort it. Would definitely recommend booking through Brisbane City Apartments.

There was not even shampoo or conditioner in the apartment. there is no USB charging points - this is basic hotel amenities.
The towels had fluff on them that transferred to you when drying yourself, the door to the bathroom is mouldy and water damaged and the whole place smells musty and old. Total Fail. on top of that its loud with construction noise.

Amazing property, the manger is so nice and attentive! THE BEST LOCATION. Walking distance to everything including public transport. Was very happy with my stay, rooms are clean and spacious.

Great apartment and is becoming our regular place to stay when coming to Australia. Enough room to setup for remote work and close to Queen St mall. Philip is very responsive and helpful when and if needed.

It was an excellent 10-day stay. The property owner was friendly and even messaged midway to check in on our stay. Extremely convenient location. Car park was essential - hence appreciate the parking.
