Do not book here unless you have viewed the room first, as the room we got was nothing like the room pictured in the advertising. Dark and dingy is the only way to describe it. We booked a one bedroom unit and were given a studio unit, when discussed with the office were told we got what we booked, unable to reduce our number of nights also checked with the booking agent told the same thing. Disappointed and will NEVER be back.

Over priced for what is offered and right next to train tracks which makes it super noisey.

Nothing good about my stay from all the hotels and motels that I have stayed in by using the Wotif app not once was I asked to pay for a key deposit and just to wait 9 days to get it back the shower well you might as well just stuck a high pressure hose in there for someone who is 6ft tall and couldn’t adjust the shower head for a comfortable shower only to realise it was just a jet stream only I was really pissed at like $190 per night I would have thought it would have been much nicer place I have stayed in much better place for less I will definitely not be coming back and staying aging

Key didn’t work, very dodgy place, do not take kids!

It was easy to find, but when we got inside it was smelling like cigarettes and curry. Even thebed sheets had that smell. We just needed an overnight place because we were travelling to Esperance. I didn't feel that it is clean enough for me to shower there, so we got there around 11pm and left the next morning at 7:30. I have stayed in so many better places for much cheaper. The walls were pretty old too, they could use a little paint, but they really need to do something about the smell. The staff was amazing they arranged everything for me before I got there, but very disappointed with the room.

In 40 years of staying in hotels around the world this would be the worst one that i have had the misfortune to to pick, sharron your manager would be the last person to have, rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. Darral.

Yes. The only thing the motel had going for it was clean sheets and towels and a comfortable bed. Also the motel had a hotel in the middle of it which served a delicious meal. I know the motel is a budget motel which was in my opinion below budget. There was no towel rails and the only furnitur was one chair and i bed with no where to sit and watch telivision.

Don’t stay here. It should be bulldozed as the premises are in an advanced state of disrepair

It was quite and good ppl next to food shops and railway

No control of the occupants. My neighbours were made up of a group who drank and made disturbance all night till 7am in the morning both inside the room and outside on the balcony.

Bedding is of great quality, had a good sleep

Clean and tidy , staff were very friendly and helpful. Done the trick got a goodnight sleep to refresh before driving again
