When we checked in, we found a dead cockroach and ants in the kitchen. Because of this, we had to go to the supermarket to buy insect spray. However, the most disturbing part was that while sleeping, one cockroach even crawled on my daughter which greatly frightened her and sleepless all night long. Upon further inspection, we found leftover chocolate under the bed, seemingly left by a previous guest.

This property needs a lot of maintenance. The carpets were terrible, all worn and bubbling, it felt like there was no underlay underneath the carpet. There was paint peeling from the walls and the whole place needs a good clean and repainting. The unit next door had nice floor boards and was much nicer. The soap dispensers in the showers are tacky. The kitchen was dirty, the cupboards needed wiping and the glass ware dirty. There was only one wine glass in the cupboard. The only good thing about the unit was the beds were comfortable and the linen and towels nice. Unfortunately in my opinion it was not worth the money it cost to stay there. On a positive note, it has potential to be a very nice unit if it was renovated.

This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. Views to the lake and evening coloured lighting were lovely. There is some noise from the road at the front of this particular Unit, but it quietened in the evening and did not interrupt sleep. The additional downstairs toilet and laundry facilities were handy. Kitchen was well set up. All in all , we had a great stay for our two nights. Thankyou.

The Reception staff were helpful, accommodating, and patient. Very important when you’re “seniors”!

I the accommodation was nice but the people next door had no appreciation of offers.

Good location, property well equipped, would recommend to friends. Only downside is bedroom 1 AC is very noisy constantly cycling on and off and rattling.

The property has a good location as it is close to the shops and places to eat. It provides parking as well which is good. The apartment is nice and has enough space and we appreciate the extra clean linen and towel. There is just not enough toiletries provided for us though (not a big thing but would be good if they did). They also provided a welcoming drink too. The apartment is kinda clean in a sense that the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were clean however, it seems that the carpet/floor cleaned properly and the kitchen utensils (e.g. bowls, plates) weren't checked. The bowls had rotting hard noodles on them so we had to run the dishwasher twice to clean them so its a good thing they have provided lots of dishwashing tablets. There were also food left overs in the kitchen cupboard and used toiletries in the bathroom cupboard. Aside from that, all is good. It was easy check in and check out too.

Clean and tidy, great location.

Firstly this apartment ticked every box for us and it was a shame we were only here for one night. The apartment is a townhouse with the very spacious living area and well appointed kitchen downstairs. Plenty of room so you wont be bumping into one another. The two bedrooms are upstairs with the master bedroom ensuite having a spa bath. The view over the lake from the furnished main bedroom balcony first thing in the morning is lovely. Overall this apartment is a great place to base yourself if you are exploring the area and we will stay here again with no hesitation.

The place was well priced and comfortable. the only negative was the floor downstairs hadn't been cleaned for sometime. All our socks ended up black.

Layout of facilities was very good. Bathroom is a little aged and cramped to enter. But location for us was excellent. Easy walking to restaurants. Lovely park land opposite. Can be noisy in bedroom on main street, but this is expected for the location.

The property was well-presented: very clean and comfortable.

Love the location, spacious. Unit 1-3 parking is a bit difficult with trees (parallel, tight space for carseat, plenty of falling leaves/rubbish/flowers on car screens), check in was easy however not clear info on lastminute & main website hence need to manually call/phone, the apartment need a good dusting from cobweb/missing lightbulbs, no bathtub. Generally good stay for families with young kids. Pleasant stay and amazing customer service. Recommended.

It was great having an en-suite bathroom with each bedroom. Only negative was that there is no stair rail and I found the stairs quite tricky with nothing to hang on to. Location was great.

The air con in one room did not work. The apartment smelt when we arrived The chain on the blind fell out when we touched it.

Bed an bedding was very comfortable and very clean They had some work done on the unit there was plasters dust every where ,iit had not been cleaned at all Carpet is very stained .
