An older style motel. No complaints from me. Friendly staff. Perfect for a quick stopover.

Mould ion shower fridge not cleaned dishes not cleaned

Absolutely Horrendous!!! Disgusting, filthy & should barely be operational. Blood on concrete at our door, followed by blood on carpet as we walked in! Brown muddy water in kettle. Room full of mosquitoes & spiders. Went to have a shower & 2 towels we picked up had stains all over them. Stinky smell in room. Had to brush teeth with bittled water! Would have been better sleeping in car and showering at truck stop!!! Stay away!

This was very expensive what it was.

We reserved a room in July, fully paid. We went to check in during December and got told our booking didnt exist, even having emails/msgs/bank statement confirming our stay. We understand mistakes happen but they flat out denied us a room and told us it was no longer their problem, knowing it was booked out everywhere due to a concert. We were left 2.5 hrs away from home with nowhere to stay. Absolutely not happy and left very disappointed.

Checked in , unpacked the car . Was not happy with standard , so checked into another motel in cobram.

I have been charged for a room that I did not stay at because I considered the room and the motel in very poor condition for what I was being charged. I did not stay the night. I found other accommodation and even though I contacted Wotif. to let them know I have been charged.

Did not like room stink of paint which was more on the old carpet than walls totally dissatisfied I think there was about 25 rooms I was the only person staying there I think that says it all

Had booked a queen size bed but was given a double. It was so low… as were the chairs. I had to sit on a side table. New managers have taken over since we booked and they don’t want to follow the arrangements with the previous manger. Room was clean but the shop front very dirty …needed a good clean. They would not fulfill the breakfast arrangements either. So would not recommend this place.

Clean and comfortable plenty of space in room

Dirty, coachroaches in kettle, kitchen and bathroom, bits of toilet paper on the floor, blanket that was probably 1940's, owners/managers don't have a clue how to run a motel. Inefficient to an unbelievable degree. Totally disorganised office/reception. Phone woke me up at 11pm to ask me when I was checking in...WHEN I WAS ASLEEP IN THEIR ROOM! I'd checked in at 5pm! NEVER stay here...one of the worst motels ever. If their listed phone number wasn't disconnected I wouldn't have booked online. SO regret that!!

We booked for 3nights. Probably should have booked only one. But other places were booked out. Seeing elderly family nearby. Family of four. 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms are dated, circa 1970 something, we knew that before going, but it could have been cleaned better. Dusty bathroom and skid marks in the toilet. Musty smell inside. Not a fan of the fridge and coffee making facility in the bathroom cabinet where you brush your teeth. Suppose they are use to travelers, particularly single males who stay overnight only and are gone the next day. Probably not much point them putting too much effort into updating it, but keeping them clean and disinfected should be fairly high in the list. Breakfast consisted of a choice between a toasted ham and cheese sandwich or an egg and bacon roll, which got boring after the second day, and didn’t go for it by the third. If you a a single bloke or a couple of guys on a fishing trip, and just need a bed for the night, it will do the job.

It was the only motel available that weekend, the pool wasn’t clean, the blankets seemed old, busting was not done properly . Brought food from the restaurant the fried chicken wasn’t cooked properly . The convenience is that the gas station is open longer than any other store in Finley .

Not sure but think there has been a change of management after 2 yrs....rooms are cleaner, tea, coffee facilities are on point, microwave is new addition and small items added into bathroom

Friendly staff ,quiet,considering it is on highway.

Outside as ok but the room was a let down. Bed head light shade was loose and moved around. single bed did not have a shade just a bare bulb. One wardrobe door was blocked by fridge and the air conditioner was very noisy. Probably more general upkeep would make a big improvement.
