I have stayed in a regular room and the spa room and for the extra money the spa room wasn’t as nice as the regular room. Staff are lovely and the food at the attached restaurant was really good. The free transit bus is lovely - the guy who drove me was really lovely.

Only stayed one night to be close to the airport to relax and prepare for out flight home. Was a clean room, comfy bed, and great location to drive our rental car back to the airport.

Having a bus take us directly to the airport was great. They offered us a time that matched our flight timetable. A lower score due to the dining room was small and busy. We got pushed into a smaller table in the middle of a thoroughfare. It made us feel as though we had to rush.

Staff provided an excellent service including an excellent shuttle service but the room was just average and it was noisy. Reatuarant food was very average and we saw quite a few meals left behind.

Disappointing for hotel not replying emails and no airport to hotel shuttle. Despite advertising they have airport shuttle. As this factor drew me to this hotel. Also was noisy on ground floor accommodation. So 2 failed shuttle's from airport to hotel is Disappointing. But food was good and reasonable prices
