We booked a private penthouse and the night before checking in, I was contacted and told we were being upgraded which I thought was odd but didn’t think twice about it. Little did I know that the people who had checked in the day before us, complained about their room so they were moved into the room we had initially booked and we were told we were being “upgraded” bull crap! Check in was meant to be at 2 but we weren’t allowed to check in till 3.30 because the “room” wasn’t ready. We checked in and the room was filth. The carpet was torn. Holes in the walls. Furniture was old and foul. Utensils in the kitchen were dirty. Rips and tears in the curtains. Aircon not working in the bedrooms. Balcony lights broken. Fridge broken and NO WIFI. Absolutely disgusted that the owner of a private penthouse doesn’t think they should put some money towards making the room stay able. We paid $1000 a night. Not bloody worth it. Don’t ever book a private penthouse at circle. We had to clean the rooms because it was filthy. Horrid that we actually stayed there but we had no choice. I have kids and wouldn’t let them walk around barefoot cause it was that gross. Now the pool area at circle, I think there’s a total of 10 pool Lounges around the pool. 10!! No other seating areas. We had to put all our stuff in a corner next to the building so we could go into the pool. They should invest in some cabanas or maybe some pool chairs and lounges. Not family friendly in my opinion at all! Don’t stay!

I loved how clean it was and everything was accessible around you.

Property was not very clean.. the bed linens towels and blankets were dirty. There was dried filthy snot on one of the blankets, a hair in one of the towels and the linens had some marks on it. One of the downlights in the main bedroom was hanging out of the ceiling.. the hair dryer wasnt working.. a couple of the lights in the apartment werent working.. and the ones that were werent safe when we would switch them on from the wall. Also there were dirty towels left in the washing machine.. when we got there the receptionist wasnt very helpful.. even throughout the stay.. we were never told about calling someone to pick up our apartment keys..we just assumed reception would hand them to us as it is normally done.. throughout the stay they werent very helpful.. apart from the view everything else was a disappointment.. would not book there again!

The property was spacious and had a great view. Most of the furniture was very old and worn out eg, dining chair broken, rips in couch and walls scuffed and dirty. Plates and some cutlery still dirty as well as all pots and pans. Could do with a freshen up.

Ocean view was fantastic Big apartment with big balcony No wifi, bathroom lights were not working Gas cooking was not working. No one fixed it even after talking to the owner/agent about these issues.

overall, a very enjoyable stay. Special thank you to We Accomodate for their very friendly service.

It was clean and well presented. Large living area and rooms.

Awsome view and great spacious apartment. Unfortunately the carpets were very dirty, the spa bath didnt work and the advetised free wifi didn't actually exist.

Amazing views and a great space for me and my friends. However, amenities weren’t the best. Tv, toilets and fridge didn’t work to a great standard and extremely lacked some cooking utensils.

It was awesome having a view in both directions... seaward andmountainward😁

I liked property location. Didn't like furniture and property statis.

No free WiFi thats a big let down had to buy wifi from 3rd party didnt work alot of the time paid for 3 devices only worked on one. TV is faulty ketp cutting out with reception had to give it a bang to get it working. Bathroom had constant water pipe wining sound Very annoying For a family with 2 kids to occupy you need these things working and available could not and would not stay there again.

Location and amenities were great. Probably could have felt a little cleaner.

Awesome view , room was immaculate, everything is very close by . Perfect location. Would definitely stay again . Highly recommended
