입구에 도착해서 어떻게 들어갈수있는지 설명이 없어서 누군가가 나올때까지 기다렸어요. 너무 별롭니다. 그리고 처음 도착했을때 저녁 7~8시였는데 리셉션에 아무도 없어 연락하는데 어려움이 있었어요. 전화를 해서 기다려서 숙소를 들어갈수있었어요 키는 예전방식인 키를 돌려서 여는 것이었고 고층 빌딩숲의 29층이라 나쁘지 않았습니다 침대는 쾌적했고.. 간단히 요리해서 먹을수 있는 식기도 있어서 좋았습니다.세탁세제도 있고 주방세제 넉넉한타올 만족했습니다 다만 화장실은 물이 젖기쉽고 미끄럽고 해서 불편했고 샤워기 어느부분인지 모르겠으나 가족 두명이 피가나는 상처를 입었습니다. 아마 침구시트에 피가 묻어있었을겁니다. 잘 점검하든지 교체하든지 다시 다치지 않도록 정비되길 바랍니다 편히 쉬다가 잘왔습니다 무엇보다 트램타고 가기 좋고 위치적으로 여기저기 다니기 나쁘지 않았습니다.

Lovely apartments with great city views

We loved our stay at Collins House Apartments! The room was spacious, modern and clean. Location was central and convenient. Communication with the staff/management was very efficient. I’d love to stay there again!

Fabulous stay, loved my 51st floor apartment with a city view! Elevators are quick and secure. Super nice customer care

The (upgraded) apartment was fine. Areas of concern: - when we first arrived, we could not gain access through the street door despite pressing intercom buttons. It was only because someone happened to leave that we were able to enter the lobby. - we repeatedly received access denials when trying to use elevators. Very frustrating. - the carpet was rather worn and grubby in spots. - the fridge door behind an outer closet door opening on the other side is inconvenient. - there is a significant water leak in the shower where the flexible hose is joined to the shower head. - the water faucet over the sink is inconvenient, particularly for a right-hander. The gooseneck cannot be swivelled to clean the sink and there is no aerator so water blasts into the sink and splashes around onto the counter. - the garbage chute on our floor was not working at all on the morning of our departure. I followed the directive to take the garbage and recycling down to bins on the upper ground floor. There was no recycling bin at all and the small garbage bin in the alley was overflowing. The area around the bin was filthy with liquid and decaying scraps. This requires immediate remediation. When I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk, she said I should have left the garbage bagged in the room. That would have been good to know in advance.

Good value, excellent location

Overall the hotel is good for what you pay, but the reception staff were seriously an issue. I called to advise them of our check in time and still had to wait around half an hour for an unmanned reception (during front desk hours). On check out it was the same thing - nobody there. Hardly ideal after a long flight or drive

The appartment was amazing. Beautiful, clean and safe for a solo traveler. The high-speed wireless was great for work and the views of the city were breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Amazing view, top notch accommodation and amenities

A returning customer and the staff haven’t missed a beat in great hospitality! The manager and reception staff are very accomodating and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and views are stunning!

We arrived in the evening (around 7:30) and found the door attendant horribly blase about everything. It was at this time that we were informed that the air conditioning was out and hoped to be fixed within the next few days. Our apartment was very high up and needless to say extremely hot with the summer temperatures. The evening attendant could not be any lazier or display less care towards our stay. The manager was available the next day and did everything she could to try and improve our stay. The lack of air con seemed to be something that was known in advance and we never felt like we were told the full story. One resident described the building as a disaster and after six months of living there - to not believe anything from management. The location was great; Having a two bedroom and two bath apartment was also a treat over a traditional hotel room. The acting manager did her best to make us comfortable. If the building is operating as expected, I would stay there again.

Nice view , good location, poor communication with staff , difficult to reach sometime

Convenient for our stay in Melbourne and spacious and clean. The only hitch was a second bathroom shower, which was clogged and did not resolve easily. It initially overflowed. The management was very attentive to take care of it.
