입구에 도착해서 어떻게 들어갈수있는지 설명이 없어서 누군가가 나올때까지 기다렸어요. 너무 별롭니다. 그리고 처음 도착했을때 저녁 7~8시였는데 리셉션에 아무도 없어 연락하는데 어려움이 있었어요. 전화를 해서 기다려서 숙소를 들어갈수있었어요 키는 예전방식인 키를 돌려서 여는 것이었고 고층 빌딩숲의 29층이라 나쁘지 않았습니다 침대는 쾌적했고.. 간단히 요리해서 먹을수 있는 식기도 있어서 좋았습니다.세탁세제도 있고 주방세제 넉넉한타올 만족했습니다 다만 화장실은 물이 젖기쉽고 미끄럽고 해서 불편했고 샤워기 어느부분인지 모르겠으나 가족 두명이 피가나는 상처를 입었습니다. 아마 침구시트에 피가 묻어있었을겁니다. 잘 점검하든지 교체하든지 다시 다치지 않도록 정비되길 바랍니다 편히 쉬다가 잘왔습니다 무엇보다 트램타고 가기 좋고 위치적으로 여기저기 다니기 나쁘지 않았습니다.

We had a wonderful 4 nights staying in the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment on a girls trip. Great location, super clean and fantastic views over the city.

We stay in a two bedroom apartment as a family of 4 and it clean, comfortable, convenient great location. Will be staying again.

Very clean and tidy. Excellent location. Staff (especially the manager Kylee) were lovely. Will definitely book there again when we are in Melbourne next.

Everything is good except that the air conditioner is really really noisy. Would be a perfect option if it gets repaired

The apartment was great. The view was absoultely jaw dropping. Kitchen well stocked but would have appreciated kitchen tea towels, wipes ect so that we could leave it clean. We did go down to the iga which was a couple of doors away and buy what we needed. . Please note that there was a very small double bed in each of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. For the room rate at least a queen in each would suffice. Apartment was spacious for three couples and we would come back.

Excellenty located property , staff was very kind and helpful . Apartment unit was clean and all the amenities were great . General MGR Kylie communicated right away and kept checking to see if all out needs were met . Would definately be going back :)

Good location, clean room, very good amenities. Air-conditioning unit in the room was making weird noises though.

On my last day, I asked to book a taxi for a 4 AM departure, but they told me they would book it from the bottom when I arrived 10 minutes beforehand. Worried, I asked another staff member, and a young man with glasses made the reservation for me, allowing me to go home. I didn't catch his name, but thank you to the young man with glasses.

A lot of small problems resulted in a disappointing experience. Hotel messaged the day prior asking for my details, I provided them immediately but at check in they didn't have them. Came past at 10am on check in, was told the room was ready but they would charge me to access it early (I wanted to take a shirt out of my bag and hang it up before going back to the office). Card machine couldn't take Google pay or chip cards, only magnetic strip. You can't actually enter the foyer unless someone lets you in, which may require calling someone (after standing outside for two minutes I resorted to knocking loudly until the receptionist bothered to look up). In the room, black mould in the shower. An aircon that was underpowered for the room and couldn't keep it cool despite being a cold day. Signs in the room saying guests have to empty the bins and take rubbish to the chutes. The room itself was large and well appointed, and the bed comfortable, however a lot more care and consideration is needed overall. Unlikely to return.

I rarely share a review but these apartments are incredibly good value. Clean, well appointed, good location, quiet, communication from staff was fantastic, check in was a breeze. I will stay here every time I come to Melbourne.

We had an issue with our toilet seat being extremely broken, after dealing with the manager Kylie we were upgraded to a new room next day. We appreciated her help

Great place will stay again

Large and spacious but there was no ac in the bedroom but fans were provided as the space got so hot during the day. Great location & early checkin. Amazing views of the city.
